appreciate and respect the care that has been afforded to me by Cuba and Moe at your ??????? store. They have been relentless in helping me with a few issues that have arisen with my new phone. I am a 75 year old handicapped individual who spent over 150 days in hospitals and rehabilitation centers over the past year due to a series of heart problems I replaced my previous phone in November of last year at your????????? store and developed an issue with my the new phone a few months ago whereas the ring volume would suddenly drop to either an extremely low volume or not at all. This was causing an issue with my relatives who live out state when they were calling me and not getting any response so they would contact my neighbors to check on my wellbeing and when the neighbors were unavailable they would contact the police. I had to have neighbor(s) drive me from one store to another in trying to resolve the problem. After visiting 6 neighborhood stores to no avail l finally took a trip to your corporate store located on Missouri Ave in Clearwater dt0 I kept trying to explain my problem is to your people BUT it took 3 trips to the corporate store which resulted in various clerks spending 5 to 20 minutes with my phone and telling me the problem was fixed (some times for a day other times maybe a week) Kimberly, Clearwater Corporate Store Manager worked on it a few times and the problem was finally elevated to Michael Sing. After a few conversations with Mr Sing my problem was finally resolved and l was issued a new phone. I have currently been having a few issues

Lousy customer service. I've been in the cellular business for quite a while. I've never treated customers the way she treated me. Had someone get into my account and change the device, sim card and rack up fees all at 3am when my wife and I are sleeping. So I go to the store to get it straightened out and she says "oh you have to call customer service" There's strike 1. You should have called and taken care of that for me. pure laziness. Then after that, ( customer service) took the fraudulent charges off and they also put the correct device and sim back on the account. However the sim card went bad had to go to the store ONCE AGAIN ! Same girl and I ask if there is a fee. She said Yes. I said well then let me buy it I'll do it myself. She refused to sell me one without wanting to charge a fee. I can do it myself, That's strike 2. Then she says since it's in my wife's name and I'm not on the account that I need to leave! So because she was in the wrong and I called her out on it, She refused me service? 😄 What a joke! I'm not just another person your just going to charge fees and upcharge. So you get upset and refuse service? You need to learn your craft better ma'am. You won't have return customers treating people that way. If this is how Talk Time stores are being trained then something needs to change and Fernando need to find replacements.

Mickael was amazing as he helped me find and adjust to a new phone. He was very patient answering my many questions and concerns. As a long time Metro client Mickael is far and above the best Metro employee I have had the pleasure to work with.He is a tremendous asset to the Metro by T- Mobile organization!

Was a great experience unlike other locations... Incredible customer service. Actually got a better deal for a BRAND new I phone 7 for my 14 year old son then I would have buying refurbished one at a very large elecronic store. And included with the phone I was also given screen protector a case and even a Bluetooth speaker which was unexpected!!!! Thanks for all the help and great service... Definitely my "go to" store from now on.....

Terrible service. Was coaxed into getting screen protectors for our new phones and was told they would replace them for any reason with lifetime warranty. I always buy my accessories online due to the price being much better but I gave them a shot. Of course, I come in to get them replaced due to cracking and one of them literally just fell off the phone and they wouldn't do anything for us. Was told they only replace if they have bubbles. Never again, don't shop here.

I've been a customer for years always pay my bill on time but here is my problem. Every time I go in to pay my bill early at that your always short on help nobody wants to wait a long period of time to pay a bill especially when it only takes a second to do.any other employee there will let people pay there bills first cause they know it only takes a second to do your employee there now expects you to wait forever to pay a bill im not gonna stand around 20-30 minutes to pay a bill mean while there is a couple in there arguing with each other made me feel very uncomfortable I just wanted to pay my bill and leave. VERY BAD BUSINESS AND I WILL NOT BE BACK CAUSE OF THAT YOU LOST A GREAT CUSTOMER WHO ALWAYS PAID ON TIME!!!! SORRY NOT SORRY SPRINT here we come!!!!!
