The facility is very clean and well lit. The people in the office are very nice and efficient. BUT....they raised my rent THREE TIMES in the two years I rented there. That's ridiculous. If you can afford that, then go there!

I have been renting storage units for the past 15 years, and no one at any facility has ever been so courteous, thorough, knowledgeable, and gracious as Ms. Herman. She takes ownership of her store and that speaks volumes. Thank you Cube Smart for having a manager like Tyffany.

The excellent service that was provided to us by Symone, the agent who leased the storage unit to us. She was cordial and extremely professional. She went beyond the call of duty to show us the unit, answer all of our questions, and provide a positive experience for us.
