I was overcharged $284 by Jackson Hewitt. I am a senior citizen and live in a over 55 community. I advised everyone I was overcharged and for them not to go to Jackson Hewitt. Wrong form was used and to have an amended return done and I was not refunded my fee. Complete rip off.

A very good experience. The staff is friendly and courteous. My Tax Preparer was quite knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I definitely will be returning next tax season and will recommend them to friends and family.
