This is the worst pharmacy. We love Publix and this pharmacy does not represent Publix customer service. The staff is rude and it takes days to get a prescription filled. I never write reviews, but this has happened way too many times for me not to say something!!

First off the pharmacy staff is always friendly, knowledgable and tries their best. However it is obvious that they are understaffed. This results in PO'd customers, poor customer service and worst of all the possibility of mistakes to be made from the staff being over task. You'd think Publix would not want the liability of a law suite or a death due someone getting the wrong medication all to save a dollar. Very poor business practice Publix. I gave you 3 stars only because your staff is awesome even though you are screwing them and your customers.

Super friendly and willing to answer any questions. Sometimes there is a wait for an hour or so as they are giving above average numbers of covid, flu, and other shots. If you establish an account they will text you when the Rx is ready.

I’ve used this Publix pharmacy for my routine prescriptions and flu shot/vaccines. They are convenient. They have always been friendly and efficient. I like that they text when a call in Rx is ready.

The staff at this pharmacy are very helpful, polite, and respectful. I highly recommend utilizing this pharmacy if you are in the area. They always go above and beyond to provide me with great customer service.

One thing I hate is being cut off mid sentence. Please teach your staff to be mindful when speaking to customers and let them speak. It’s a terrible habit and it happens whether I’m in the drive thru or on the phone. Take a moment to listen.
