This place is the best place I ever rented from I was in a pinch because Enterprise had canceled my reservation because they did not have the vehicle ON the day of my vacation walked into this place spoke with Mr David had a minivan in 5 minutes and have been renting from this place every month faithfully no other place can match the quality you get from David and his team I own Eco-Tech IPM pest control company and have meetings once or twice a month where I rent the car never once I've had any problems thank you so much for your hard work you will definitely always be my go-to for rentals

Pembrook Pines Budget provided friendly service and a very clean vehicle. Only downside was the gas only had 1/4 of a tank but we did not have to return it full either so I guess it balances out. I would rent from them again.

The Pembroke Pine located staffed worked very hard taking care of the customers when I picked up my car. I noticed David in particular, he was attentive and worked effectively to take care of the customers. I was pleased with my service and I would definitely use this location in the future...

I received very good service when I went to get the car. When I returned the car the lady who served me was very friendly and helpful I should have gotten her name. I really appreciated her serving me so efficiently especially since I got there so close to their closing time. She was special.

Customer service is everything to me especially when making a big purchase like a car rental. Roger Roger Roger was awesome and calming and professional and that's a perfect way for me to rent a car after being out of the renting car phase for a long while due to covid... I wanted to have a great trip from beginning to end and we did and it all started with Roger.... also I loved being able to extend my rental super easily... I extended it 2 days no fuss no muss ....

The encounter with the counter rep was positive. He was professional and prompt with his answers. The vehicle was broght to the front of the store and inspected by another support staff who was also very pleasant.

The Manager David Palmer was not courteous or apologetic after hearing that there was an infestation of roaches in the van that he rented me, I have videos and pictures of roaches coming out from everywhere. The front drivers side tire was bald, the brake pads needed to serviced and the passenger side rail was broken. David Palmer told me that he had limitations in how much help he could offer me which was nothing at all he did not even want to speak to me. Now I have roaches in my home because of this I will be seeking legal advice.

Very slow, i had the car already rented and paid and still took over an hour. If there is someone in front of you you have to wait until they finish from start to finish. It took some time to bring the car out also. Employees were nice but the process could have been smoother.
