This is undoubtedly the worst auto parts chain .went there today to get fan belt,moron did not know how to look up belt ,brought several to counter and attempted to measure for lenght by laying belt on counter and using tape measure across oval of belt.stuff like this happens every time.thats why autozone is a last ditch chance

Had to randomly jump start my wife's car so we went to autozone for the free battery diagnostic and ended up purchasing a battery the gentleman without hesitation swapped the old for the new, rang me up, and had us on our way in under 20 minutes!! Thank You Guys!!!!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I'm not much of a do-it-yourself person when it comes to cars---so I don't have a favorite auto parts store. My wife's headlight was burned out and I have changed these before. Took the burned bulb with me and stopped in at the first auto parts store I came to. Staff seemed to be doing their own thing and not acknowledging anyone coming into the store. I waited a bit and left. Stopped at another store--pretty much the same thing. I left and stopped in at the AutoZone at 8877 Pensacola Blvd., Pensacola, FL. They were busy, but when I walked in, one of the gentlemen said, "Sir, I'll be right with you." I handed him the bulb and he handed me the package with a new bulb. He proceeded to tell me to not touch the bulb with my bare fingers/hands as the oil from my skin would damage the bulb and cause heat to concentrate at that spot. I was already aware of this, but thanked him for the reminder. As I was paying, the gentleman ran to a shelf and pulled out a couple of latex gloves and handed them to me (no charge, in case you're wondering). He said that these would help ensure I didn't touch the bulb with my skin. SERVICE ABOVE AND BEYOND ANYTHING REQUIRED!!! I didn't catch the gentleman's name, but I purchased the bulb at 9:07 a.m. on June 20, 2022.

Received excellent service from Eddy at this location. He said he has only been at the store for 2 weeks but I would have thought with the level of service I received that he'd been there for years. He completed a Fix Finder check on my car to diagnose the cause of my check engine light, explained the results to me and also informed me of local shops that can help with the issue. His help gave me peace of mind and please make sure he rewarded for his good work. Al, who I believe is the manager was also helpful in providing information on places that can help correct my car issue. I will definitely return for all my auto needs thanks to the help I received today. Keep up the good work!
