Guy checking the receipts was so rude, talked to me like i was his kid. That’s not how you treat customers. Fire him. He thinks he is the cop… for bringing a whole flatbed full of salt, down the wrong side of the exit… he made me bring it back just so i can go on this side of the column rather than that side of the column!!! First time there… last time for me… Costco is better, people are nicer there

My mother had her purse stolen out her cart at this location. Went to the manager and they didn’t even care or help her. Not one employee offered to call the police. The worst part is that in todays time camera systems are so cheap and they have none. You would think an establishment like this would have cameras in the parking lot. I was told by pbso it happens frequently at this location. So sad.

I came here to go shopping and was in the meat department and I did some more browsing around the store and I didn’t realize but a supervisor for the meat department named josh followed me thru the whole entire store and waited at the exit for me and accused me of stealing after he saw my receipt and all them employees told me there it was because I was black and I think that is just the most degrading thing to do in the world especially with what’s going on now a days in this world I really think this bjs needs some fixing and to really get to know who there employees really are

I like the convenience of curbside pickup but it has it's drawbacks in that you can't purchase everything for curbside pickup that is available in the store. They have a great selection of select name brand items as well as their own house brands. In most cases the portion sizes are larger than what you buy at other grocery stores. Not all things are cheaper so you still need to do some comparison shopping.

I love BJ's and I am so very proud to be a member of BJ's Wholesale Club. The customer service is just impeccable. I always have such a pleasant experience.

I have been shopping at this store since 1999. In July up graded my membership, but this was not sent on to the credit card company. After spending over ten hours playing phone tag with the credit card company, BJs customer service both on the phone and in person at the club, the problem has not been resolved. Even though the credit card could see I paid for the upgrade on my statement, they would not correct the error saying BJs had to do it, BJs said the credit card company has to make the correction. Worse I have not be able to speak to the the head store manager and the customer service manager wanted to take a picture of the front and back of my credit card with her cell phone. Good grief Charlie Brown.

I have been a cust for 9+ yrs I purchased a gss pressure washer Saturday 16th on Monday 18th I put it together added oil that was provided and added nee gas I just purchased ... I couldn't get it to start from 5.20 am till 7 am I then loaded into my car n went to bjs to see if I can exchange it it was 2 days ago I purched I have receipt and I will take exact item in exchange 🤷🏼♀️ manager said once I add gas in to the unit they won't take it back 😅 well how am I supposed to know it dnt work with out putting gas in it perhaps u can assist maybe I am doing something wrong he said call manufacture they dnt take them back such rude man wouldn't even try help a gal out it ok cause I will call my card company n let them know what happened I'll get a refund anyways n I can go to lowes n get a real machine

Went to get tires here, the person working that day don’t know his name but had a long beard lied to me about the lift being down for the day and made me come back the next day when he wasn’t working. Only to find out it was a lie the entire time and the lift was never down. Didn’t even properly reschedule my appointment. POS employee. They should 100% fire that guy. Corporate America at its worst per usual.

I had the pleasure of dealing with a gentleman named Greg. He went above and beyond customer service in helping me with a certain product I was looking for. He was knowledgeable, joked around with me, and did whatever it took to make sure I was happy! We need more people like him walking around in this world we live in today! Thank you again Greg for the wonderful experience!

I am an event Specialist at the Royal Palm Beach BJs. Prior to getting this job, BJs was always my favorite store. I enjoy all the friendly personnel that are employed here as well as their clients who are BJs members. It’s a wonderful store to shop and get bargains, fresh produce and products. I always enjoy being able to work here. I consider myself lucky to have the opportunity to serve the Royal Palm Beach Customers samples of the products they are sold here!
