Advertising online shows in stock you go and ask for it they say it’s online order only. Then you go by a table with 3 different size lanterns with one big price sign on top showing $8.99 the bigger lantern rings up 19.99. When you ask about your and go to show them they talk down to you like your trying to steal something…. He kept saying they were put wrong there. I explained ok if it was only one there I would understand but you have 6 of those there with just one on top showing $8.99. Just grabbed them from me and went to put them back without even asking if I still wanted them. I was gonna buy them even at $20…. With that kind of attitude and service I wouldn’t buy bubble gum here!

First time I went here and they didn't have what I was looking for but the staff was more than willing to help and this establishment is always clean and organized I'll go to this Ace over anyone that's close by me.

The staff was friendly and kind. I wish they may have known a little more about what I was looking for but they did their best. For not being a big box store I was surprised to find all the items I needed for my project. I would definitely return for the convenience

This is a top notch store….however, they have appeared to have changed their hours to 9-5, and the only notification of such is a sign on the front door. I have made 2 trips in two days here only to find them closed. Please update your voice message and online listing of hours

Got a cable from there today, .99cent a foot. The same cable is .24cents a foot in Lowes. I understand the convenience part but this is more than double.

Thank you for the assist. A tree man is greatly appreciated. Clean, respectful, kids and pets friendly. Easy to find spacious and very well organized. The selection of Stihl products is much bigger than I have actually seen in other stores. All employees on deck to assist at the width of a second.

1st off I wanna say I use Ace Hardware any day over the big Box stores. But this particular day I needed a specific electrical 20 amp breaker. The person that tried to help me had no clue about the electrical department where Anything was. It actually caused me more time Then just looking for myself. After spending 20 minutes with the customer service person it was not in stock anyways. Suggestion.. If someone in customer service has no idea about particular area they should have someone that does know called over.

Disappointed - Shopped at this location for convenience. Visited website before going. Was told a specific paint was no longer being carried although the website clearly has it listed - Went to a neighboring Ace Hardware location (Pasadena) - not only did they have it was $5 cheaper. Also spoke to the Manager in charge who confirmed that prices can be higher and website is not always correct.

Dont waste your time here. Do yourself a favor and go to Home Depot or Lowes or even Harbor Freight. At least there you will be able to find what you need. This Ace has such a lousy selection of items and if their website says something is in stock, its not really "in stock" at the store. They have to order it from a warehouse. And the items the do have in stock are cheaply made.

If we ever lose them we will be in deep waters. They are still the best by far. The service and standards far exceeds all the others and you know who they are. If it's not in there store they will find it. So Thankful for the years of service to our community.
