Customer service was awful. They hung up on me three times. Before, I got to an intelligent person. This call was for phone service at my job. I will never use this service.

Brandon was amazing at solving my issues. He answered all questions I had and fixed my issue I had with my phone service. Online customer service number was no help. He resolved everything in a timely matter and I am very pleased with the service he provided!

Went to store last week to do an early upgrade, lady there decided to send us the phone in mail which you can’t even do with early upgrades so they aren’t trained very well so now I’m waiting even longer to get my phone upgraded, instead she added a new line? I cancelled a line months ago about 5 and still get charged 25 a month for that line that’s not being used and I’m refused a refund. You pay for what you get for sure… may end up switching. Just so stupid that people aren’t trained correctly and then later change how they do things.

I been with Xfinity for 7 years with no good deal, last year was monthly payment $34.99 and this year beginning of January jump to $63.99 I called them to see what’s going on why payment goes up so customer service said we can’t do anything cause policy got changed to everyone, I'm canceling my xfinity account just because of this.

Clean. Organized store. Sales Rep. Brittany very helpful. Cleared up and resolved my problem. After 25+ years with Comcast I was ready to leave. Because of Brittany I am still with Comcast. Customer service is very good. I was given a very clean-cut menu of what I can buy and when I couldn't get. They also have very good phone service as well as TV and internet. My wifi is faster and it didn't cost me more. They make it easy to buy and get out of there they don't track you like other Gable stores. Get all the discounts you can.
