The sales clerk worked with him very patiently and after measuring his feet found three shoe choices for him that were in stock. He left with a pair of sneakers that were not only extremely comfortable but stylish, made in the USA, and a reasonable price. We couldn't be more pleased! We highly recommend this shoe store.

I bought a pair of shoes that fell apart not long after I bought them. David, the owner, provided excellent service. He did all the paperwork to get a credit from the manufacturer. I do not live in The Villages but visit at least once a year. I was given a full credit without an expiration date.

The owner, David, not only took my issue to the manufacturer for me, he mailed me a brand new pair of shoes! I even asked if I could change the color and he did that. I couldn't be more impressed with the customer service I received!!!
