When my 85 year old aunt in Hawaii needed a florist to send flowers to my mom in The Villages, I recommended this florist. When my mom received the flowers they were buds, and she watered them every day. By the 3rd day the roses were dead. They were not drinking any of the water which was a bad sign. My mom called the florist and explained the situation; she didn’t want to tell my aunt the product was bad. She was told by the woman who answered the phone, that she would tell the owners about the dead roses. My mom never received a call from the owners regarding the dead roses, so we are posting this review so no one else gets ripped off.

Plantation flowers helped me after an unfortunate experience with a flower company I thought was a local florist but was an internet scam that held no value for customer service. Cheryl was sympathetic and although she could not deliver in time for Christmas they delivered a beautiful centerpiece the following Monday.
