I’m not surprised this place only have 2 and a half stars. They should have one star. I took my son to another Walgreens location for a Covid Vaccine. Only to be told that although he had an appointment they did not have the recommended dose there. The pharmacist was nice enough to call Mulberry location and spoke with the manager Scott to verify that they had the dosage my son needed. He told them yes and it’ll be okay if I took me son there for the shot. I drove all the way there and was told to come back tomorrow. Very unprofessional and bad experience with Walgreens.

The store is great!! Nothing but good things to say about the store, clerks and manager. The pharmacy has been a nightmare over the past 3 years. I would fire 1, maybe 2 employees if I could. I no longer use their pharmacy, but I shop in the store weekly. EDIT: It’s now 2 years later and the pharmacy is no better. Yesterday it was a fiasco with them. I choose Publix Pharmacy.

Love this Walgreens always have what I want. I'm in and out quick. No hassles not long waits in line no matter how many people and they have great sales, but you gotta have a Walgreens reward card to make it work so don't be shocked at the price you gotta swipe your card or put in a registered phone number to get your discount.

Very frustrating pharmacy to deal with. Waited five minutes just to get a cashier. Told me my prescription would be available the following day. Got a text that it was ready. Went to pick up and found their GoodRX system was down and I had to wait another day. Next got a text saying the script was delayed and on order. Transferred to CVS instead back tomorrow. Then got a text saying it was on order and cc delayed.

The male manager was very rude and didn’t give me the help I needed. If your going to hire a manager perhaps have him be a bit more welcoming and not brush you off like your business doesn’t matter to him. Simply awful... but the checkout lady was nice.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT DRIVE THRU PICK UP. Back 4 times to get 1 medication. Lack of communication between staff, not professional. Laura and staff at pharmacy are very rude. Don’t know how to in put insurance information in the system right. Instead apologies to the patient, they turned back blame on the insurance card. Which is nothing wrong with the insurance. My wife spoke to the specialist at the insurance company before I came. Finally, the manager called my wife next day to apologize for what happened and admit that because the medical very new and not common so that cause all the problem. I try to said here is not about who right or wrong. It is about customer service. Don’t rude to the customer, the more you are, it will make thing worse.

First & most importantly at this time, I took a cart & looked around for sanitary wipes to clean the cart handle. There wasn't even a display for them. I noticed this at every Walgreens we have been to even before this Virus emergency. When I asked a manager why, he honestly said he had never been asked that question & said he would present the suggestion at their next meeting!?? I went in this store a week later & still no wipes.

Unbelievable, I have been waiting for my prescription refills, one week. They did not give it to me either an emergency dosis. My doctor's office all ready sent the authorization 6 days ago.. But, service... I had to go to my doctor's office pick up the prescripcion still Walgreen continue saying they denied, till they saw authorization in my hand. Terrible experience, my heart almost collapsed.
