Brought my 83 year old handicapped mother down this morning to get her haircut a little after 10am so she would be done before any rush. lights were out, doors are locked. there was a sign on the door saying hours are 9am to 6pm. nothing about why they are not open. called number and no answer or recording. is this location closing?

Extremely rude staff. I had to wait over 15 minutes although I checked online and said 0 mins wait. I was not allowed to stand next to my 5 year old son as he got his hair cut “because of covid”... Very rude when speaking to a first time client. The hair itself was ok, a little shorter than I wanted, but the overall experience was not good. It would’ve been nice to be able to see what was being done to my sons hair while was being cut... Service: Hairstyling

Stylist was friendly but didn’t listen well. She didn’t wash my hair, sprayed it down real quick then took the length off that I wanted. I told her I wanted a lot of messy layers, when she said she was done I asked about the layers and she said they were at the bottom-not what I asked for at all. Had her redo the layers, then when I was trying to look at it she kept flipping my hair around telling me the different ways to style without actually doing anything to it. Most places you get washed, cut and dried into a style not walk out with messy hair to go home to wash yourself and style yourself. That said, once I did that myself I can say I do like the cut but I won’t be returning if I have to do everything myself and constantly remind the stylist of what I want. Service: Hairstyling

I took my son there for a haircut...he was very unhappy. It was cut uneven. He did not leave her with a tip. The week or 2 before i got my hair cut there and she pulled up my sides to trim the back and cut it too stinkin' short. I'm more the positive..it was because i referred to her as the freaky one. I had asked about her to the other lady (@ the first salon station) i really likef her until she messed ip mine and my son's hair. I will not be returning!!

Just went there for a haircut. Love Jessica. The place was taking all the necessary precautions during this Covid 19 breakout. They only admitted me after taking my temp and the stylist took good care in sanitizing her station.

Really loved that I was in and out within 20 minutes! My stylist cut my hair exactly how I wanted and made proper suggestions. I will definitely be returning for my trim.

Great hair cuts and a great price. The women in my life claim that you won't win any fashion awards by getting your hair cut here. But I'm not looking to relaunch my fashion model career or hang out in a stylish chic salon. As long as the place is clean, safe and staffed by friendly professional people, I'm there.

As a stylist of over 10 years and former Great Clips manager, I ran into this store to get a quick trim and shampoo... HUGE mistake. I should have known from the lack of greeting, to turn around and walk right out... Horrible haircut, even worse shampoo (only half my hair was even washed..) the cut was not what I asked for, way more taken off than requested, layers not even in the slightest. Stylist kept loosing her guide and recutting one, wherever she pleased. It was beyond clear the stylist did not want to be at work, nor did she care about the quality of haircut or customer service. She never spoke to me, other than the most basic questions, was rude to anyone who walked into the store. No idea how they would pass QSR with what I saw today. Appalling!

I go here every two weeks for my haircut. I keep it regulation style from my Marine Corps days. Nadia has always treated me with a professional and courteous manner. The prices are fair compared to others. The place is never terribly busy. I may have to wait 15 minutes but that to me is standard if one person just gets into a chair. I have referred others that enjoy a military style haircut and Nadia takes care of them.
