We had ordered a part with this company and they still haven’t delivered it. I have been waiting for almost a year and still nothing. I’ve sent them countless emails and nothing.

I ordered hand cart which cost me $300 + and they charge me $300 for shipping from Florida to California. They charge my card and then showed the shipping cost for my product , not only that they don't provide any option of canceling the order . Its straight up cheating. I am really mad and unhappy with their process and service ... DONOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY. product quality is CHEAP , service is BAD and ridiculously HIGH SHIPPING RATE they charge .

If I could give them -5 stars I would, waited for a tile saw for a month just to be told the day before it gets here its not in-stock and they offer me a sheisty replacement saw, no thanks waste of time and money!

Worst buying experience ever!!!! This is supposed to be an online tool store for construction professionals to be able to get tools they need to complete jobs. I ordered a very small easy to ship item for this place on 2-28-20, on 3-9-20 I finally got an email telling me my tool has shipped. This is not what you expect when ordering tools from an online store. I order online frequently with other stores and never have issues with stock, or communication about my order. Do yourself a favor and dont waste your time with this hack job store. You can find anything they have elsewhere and will receive it in a timely manner. UPDATE: The order that was placed on 2-28-20 was just delivered today 3-16-20. What a joke this place is. I called 2 times and both times got the attitude of they did not care since they already collected their money.

A great family business that I have been shopping with for as long as I can remember. I know I can count on Euro Asian Blades' knowledge and professionalism when I have a job. Their staff is awesome and they have thousands of different products at great quality and prices. Don't bother going to places like Home Depot..they will take care of you and if they don't have it in stock, they can get it for you. Great place for professionals and homeowners.
