Still good service, food, and products, but now it's a hangout place for the homeless and bored seniors. No problem with seniors. I am one too.

Gave drive thru cashier a $50 for a $3.20 order. He gave me change for a $5. I refused to drive off until cameras were reviewed. The manager sent the cashier to review the tapes. That is just poor financial control for any business. He comes from office & says he can’t find on tape. Of course not, that wOuld imply theft. He goes & gets $40 from register for me. When I asked for my other $5 he gave a sigh of disappointment. Watch your change at this location. The owner of this franchise should investigate his employees

This location is one of the best locations. When there is a line there is room to line up at the drive through without blocking traffic or parking. The drive through is efficient and accurate. The food/coffee is excellent and the staff is friendly.

This past visit will be the last time I ever spend money at this Dunkin’. Burnt cheese (again) and gray/moldy looking eggs on both of my four year olds egg and cheese wraps. 🤢🤮. This Dunkin’ franchisee and the employees do not take accountability for what is handed to their customers. This is not the first time we’ve been handed food that is inedible - complained and NEVER heard back from the manager or the owner. It’s the worst in our area - inedible food and horrible customer service - they don’t care because people keep going.

Coffee was exactly as I had requested! Hot & delicious. Helpful Staff. Both staff members, there were only two in the store, stopped, even though they were busy with drive thru orders, (I was a walk in) to help & explain to me how to interpret my receipt, as they recognized I was confused. A thankful senior, I was! I will stop by again when I am back in that area.

This place is inconsistent with your order. I order the same coffee when I go there. It depends on who's making your order, will determine the outcome. They just hand it to you through the drive -thru, be it right or wrong. Because of that, I try to make my own coffee 3x's out of the week. Shame, you can't get what you pay for these days or someone honest to say, we "F" up your order, let me redo it.

Went in to get a good cup of hot coffee. It was hot but tasted old, like it sat in the pot a little too long. With enough sugar it was passable but not the DD standard.

I got quick and excellent service. But they gave me sweet tea instead of unsweet. But they made it right by just adding another unsweet iced tea. So I got two for the price of one. Excellent customer service. Clean restaurant. Well decorated for the Halloween holiday. Bathrooms were clean. I’ll be back.

I went to the zaxby's at lunch and their line was too long for me to get back to work on time. I went through the drive thru here at Dunkin and got their new ham and cheese sandwich and an iced latte. The grilled cheese was actually really good. Glad I went.

Service was prettyquick in drive thru. They melted my cheese on the croissant for me where the other locations can’t or won’t. Coffee made perfect. Needed that pick me up and snack.
