This location needs all new staff because these girls clearly don't like their jobs. It shows in their customer service skills which are non existent. I just treat them the way they treat me with that same energy. Til this day my order has never been wrong.

Sorry it was an inconvenience while your puffing on cigarette right outside your front door that I entered your drive through for coffee. Forsurely won’t use this Dunkin again.

I went in the drive thru for a refresher & the Indian lady is so rude. I will definetly go somewhere else from now on. If u don’t knw how to speak to people you should not be taking orders.

I came to pick up a mobile order today and the lady working proceeded to lecture me that I should give her five minutes. I replied “that’s fine no rush” then started to complain that the car behind me did the same thing? Alright? Clearly needs to be retaught on how to interact with customers because I didn’t appreciate being spoken to like that.

Me and my wife went to Dunkin and were treated badly and the made our drinks wrong. Also the way the lady handle the money. When we asked for a refund she told me only the manager can do it and she was very disrespectful about everything. Once we left she locked the door like we were the problem. This video says it all.

if i could give this place Zero stars i would!!! the SLOWEST drive thru line. Every worker there seems incapable of EVERYTHING. the ice coffee tastes disgusting (i usually love DD coffee)

I already have an issue with the slow & rude service, but it is unfortunately the closest to my home and I am usually running late so I have limited choices. I’ve thought it was sketchy that they never tell you the total at the window and today I went through my bank statements and not only have they charged me two different prices in one week, but they’re overcharging.

The worst Dunkin ever!!! It took 15 just to take my order. The lady was arguing in a different language over the microphone. She was stating that she’s all Alone. Very unprofessional. She even messed up my order.

Horrible Place, bad service, and bad worker’s. I order 5 croissant sandwiches, 2 coffees and 1 hot chocolate, The croissant sandwiches were so rushed and put so bad together, the coffee was not even made they only added Milk!!! Also the hot chocolate was cold!🤨 Every time I go to this Horrible place they always mess up my orders, I’m never coming back here again.Please if you decided to go here check what you order before you ended up having orders like me.😡
