Once of the worse places to go. To do the repairs or service of your truck. We have small fleet of trucks all rented to them. One of our Trucks was left without the oil motor cap. Another of our driver went when he came out the oil filter leaking oil so the driver had to tighten up and add motor oil. You write on the dvir was need to be done and they don't even look at the dvir. Trucks cone out with same problems. Not to say I had oild change on my rental and they didn't even replace the sticker on the windshield. Once your truck goes for service and comes out it cones back worse than hen it went in.

Not only are they rude and inept in knowledge when it comes down to diagnosing units but they cost me money. They gave out my sub unit out to a different company while it was still in contract with me. Now my ELD and pre-pass is all gone.

An authentic 5 Star experience! Seldom does the Human equipment and mechanical excel together! So is the case at Ryder on 1876 Church Street. Angie and Anthony are keen on client service and they back it up consistently with the right equipment.

If you are looking to rent a truck this is a great place. The customer service from Anthony is the best. Every time I need a truck I either call or email him and he answers right away and does everything in his power to get me the truck I need. Trucks are always nice and clean

We rent weekly from various locations. Miami, Davie, Pompano and West Palm. The service from Anthony in WPB Rental is outstanding compared to other locations. I recommend this location over others.....just wish they had more trucks.

Yes, what a way to start my holiday weekend, first I arrived in Riveria Location and they did not have my reservation truck available. Then when I accepted an alternative truck the alignment was off on the vehicle making it impossible to drive... I just wasted 3 hours and I had to rent with Penske.... after the mechanic Paul look at the reservation he said the tire had a problem... what is three hours of your time worth???
