What a P.O.S store Over the past 5 years it has tanked. How do you have fruit flies buzzing around and rotten vegetables on display. I've lived across the street for over ten years and today will be my last time going there. I would rather drive to and pay more to shop at Publix. The customer service is worst then their nasty products.

Customer Service Desk is never open, I literally have to drive 15 mins to the next kroger when this one is 2 min away. Big inconvenience

This place has a big variety and full inventory. They had more sausage choices than I've ever seen 😆 You will find everything you need here. They have plenty of self-checkouts, so no waiting. Store was quiet and clean.

When is this Kroger going to get it together? Not a single employee at the checkout line. Self checkout line was wrapped around the store. It’s a mess and produce is always trash.

Customer service is a joke here! Prices advertised are not honored at the register. No more of the price promise to make things right. Overcharged and no apology when I caught the mistake myself. Manager’s response was ‘everywhere is short staffed’ Will not shop here again. Too many associates standing around unwilling to help. They don’t appear to be short staffed, just poor management as to where to put the ppl that did show up for work. Check and double check your receipt!!

The worst Kroger so far!!! Why collect gas points if the pump eats them, and then good luck finding somebody to help you. The customer service desk has been closed 3 days in a row now, just this week and employees refuse to help or are unable to find a manager. What kind of business is this? New management would be a wonderful idea.

Store hours state they close at 11. I walk in at 10:30PM and lady that regularly works the self checkout is extremely rude because they had apparently closed at 9:30 to clean the floors (the entrance door was functional letting me in). Keep hours stable and employees pleasant. Will make sure to update with her name next time I’m in the store.

They are always out of stock of everything. Even essentials like milk. Doesn't matter what time it is or what you're looking for, they're out and not restocking any time soon. They have entire aisles with nothing in stock. The carts are broken and in disarray. I avoid this kroger every time I can

Went ahead did my shopping plenty of groceries an yeah plenty of groceries. Came up to the cash register as soon as I started putting my stuff down on the cash register the lady just walked off completely trying to avoid making any contact. then came out a minute later and said she would be back and walked off again kroger continually has the worst customer service of any of the major grocery stores in the Atlanta area. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else

Somehow other grocers manage to keep food on the shelf but not kroger. Dry goods also poorly stocked. Employees blocking food with carts not allowing customers to look at what is available. Go to publix
