This Mall is absolutely Fabulous! Gorgeous interior and exterior. I love to come here every other weekend with my mom. Lenox has some of my favorite restaurants such as cheesecake factory, California Pizza kitchen, and other popular restaurants inside their food court area too. Along with luxurious clothing stores, high end brands, jewelry shops, and a crystal shop too. The floors are perfectly polished and the whole inside of the mall is spotlessly clean. Another great thing is that they have a lot of metal detectors and policemen everywhere for peoples safety, which I really appreciate. They also have garage parking and valet parking for those who want their car parked under shelter. Phenomenal mall over all. Definite five star rating.

Tried to shop but was kicked out after 10 minutes when we passed the body scanner and was told to leave.. Want to enter the mall with a firearm to protect yourself? Let me tell you how to do it. Enter Macys because they don’t have any gun signs on any doors(this is your excuse if your ever caught because you were not warned when you entered the mall) don’t pass through the upright scanners when walking around the mall (these are usually located at the bottom and top of each escalator they are grey and about 5 feet high). The stairs don’t have these scanners so use them to travel the floors. We are not encouraging you to carry a pistol for violence but to protect yourself. After speaking with with 60+ aged security woman who kicked us out I then realized they won’t protect you. If they are removing the option of legal people concealed carrying on their property then they are liable to protect you. I have given you a direct was of bypassing security and I figured this out in the 10 minutes I was on their property.. doesn’t sound like their security is protecting you. I get it.. this is private property they can conduct business how they please , but if your going to make people leave because you didn’t warn them at the entry door then that is poor security to begin with.

It's only good to eat and roam around. The glass ceiling is magnificent. ... But it's supposed to be luxury shopping mall. ... Well the price of course a luxury price too. There are high end brand which is nice. But some store are overpriced due to location. Every store we went the service was friendly but all is slow. And 2 store where I bought items forgot to take off the security tag. One is overpriced. ...so be careful and always get the receipts. ... But its good to eat at there restaurants. The security seems overwhelming. You seems to got to scan for guns and etc every time you go up and down the escalator. The bathroom tissues extremely thin and hand soap is more on water mixture. It really doesn't represents luxury shopping mall. ... I do love the sky lights. ...

Very clean and large Mall. Expensive shopping, has some very cool stores like Psyco Bunny clothing! There is security everywhere and even metal detectors in some parts of the mall. Great place to spend a few hours walking around. Beautiful views from outside as well.

Large police presence. The mall was very clean and neat. Great food Cort wit lots of verity. The mall catters mostly to women.

Nice mall with a beautiful Apple Store. Security presence is nice but a bit overwhelming. Parking lot was confusing as well especially for accessing EV charging.

Lenox Mall was nice🔥, seeing the nice scenery and different styles from people was refreshing. Security was on every level when you get off escalators, really enjoy it💯

This mall really sends mixed messages. It’s one of the best looking malls I’ve ever seen and has many, many high-end stores like Rolex and Coach. Yet, a handful of stores are really scraping the barrel in terms of quality and the food court is mostly atrocious. For a mall that seems to be catering to luxury shoppers, the food options were surprisingly limited. Vendors calling out asking me to try their orange chicken seemed jarring in a mall that looks this nice. They also have firearm detectors (not metal detectors) before every escalator. Just a reminder that as safe as this mall might make you feel with all their luxury stores, there could be some random guy packing heat who takes the stairs.

Lenox Square Mall is very Fancy, big and organized, great place for shopping. The mall Has lots of shopping options variety of Brands plenty of parking areas and Seating areas in different sections. The place was clean and the security was super intense, it was crowded also there were a long line infront of few stores. They have plenty of Food options and drinks. Overall we enjoyed our time there.

Please don’t bring guns inside this mall ! They have metal detectors everywhere ! The security here is super intense and honestly never been to a mall like this before 🤦🏽♀️ They have a big collection of stores 🏬 ( high end and regular) they have a good court and it’s humongous! Everything is well kept and it’s worth coming here ! They have ATM s and they have bathrooms ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ They have valet and they have parking !
