Whoever worked night shift for 6/2/2022 need to be let go. I come here everyday and never experienced this unpleasant service yet. Her customer service was awful and her attitude was even worse

I found a worm in the ice at this QuikTrip last night. It was towards the middle of the cup after I had already eaten some Of the ice. I melted the cube and sure enough it was slimy. I didn’t take a picture but I did call The location to let them know what I had found. She offered to give me a refund for the 25 cent cup of ice 🙁. I don’t care about a quarter I care about my physical safety and the safety of thousands of people that use that store weekly.

After getting gas at QuikTrip Paces Ferry, I found that I had a dead battery. I went inside and asked the cashier for help. She opened a brand new set of jumper cables (I figured I had just bought them) and said I could use and that they would then have them available for others. Unfortunately, the battery was really dead, and I had to call AAA. While I waited, it was cold and wet, they gave me a cup of coffee - gratis. Thanks for the help!!

I wasn’t greeted & I really feel like the tall girl with the red and black braids had something against me or she’s just miserable. Whatever she has going on at home, please don’t bring it to work. All day everyone nice and helpful but this one tall woman just in here acting like it’s a different vibe in the night. Misery loves company and I won’t be back. Her attitude was trash. Not feeling that at all. For all that I could have stopped at the BP down the road.

Crystal I believe her name is. Short dark hair. 3rd shift and possibly Hispanic, is the only rude employee I’ve ever encountered at a QT. She’s very vague She’s not friendly at all and she’s been rude to me several times. Putting my money on the counter instead of my hand Never greets or says have a good day to me. Never gives a bag and absolutely never gives a smile. I actually hate to see her there but it’s my neighborhood gas station so I go back. However after an encounter w her I have to readjust.

One of the smaller quick trips. Only one toilet bathroom and no paper towels and not very clean. Same variety of coffee and drinks. But not one of the better QT we have been too. Out of the 9 pumps like three were out of order.

Sale of drinks but had a whole ENTIRE cooler that was full. I asked to get the special on something else but the cashier was rude. And said it’s only for a certain product. I understood what he was saying BUT they didn’t have any of those drinks. Not my problem. They’re coolers stay empty frequently. Always dirty, and fuel lines are ridiculous. The one on spring is better.
