Buyer beware. They do not uphold they're warranty. Bought 2 new Goodyear LHS steer tires, had them mounted and balanced on 05/20/22. On 06/08/22 the driver side steer peeled while going 64mph. I immediately pulled off and called goodyear and was told I would have to bring them the tire so they could inspect it for the warranty to cover it. I asked what would disqualify it from being covered, they said if it appears that I hit something. I was 10 miles away from Love's so drove in the emergency lane to get it replaced. I asked the guys at Love's what did it look like to them, they asked where I bought it because I should take it back because it's a warranty claim. I took the tire back to goodyear on 06/09/22 and was told they would have to send it to the warehouse in Newnan to be inspected and to check back in about a week and a half if I hadn't heard from anyone. I checked at a week and a half, two weeks, three weeks and now four weeks. Still no decision on if I will get whatever prorated portion of a warranty they are offering. I spent over $1500 for the 2 tires from them and over $1000 having one replaced on the side of the road less than 5000 miles later. Here's what the tire looked like on the side of the road and when I dropped it off back to goodyear. Also I watched them in a failed attempt to balance the driver side tire then go get a senior employee to help thinking it was the balancing machine, before finally giving up and getting a different one that balanced a little easier. And Cheryl's a real pill 💊 .

If I could give a lower rating, I would. Very unprofessional, unwilling to help, and a male by the name of "Joshua" is the responsible for it all. Highly recommend going somewhere else.

Arrived @ 0900 March 24th 2022. One person in the bay before me. I was aware that it would be wait. But 5 hours? That is the norm at this location it seems but sad part is they jacked my rims up! They assured me that they use a floor mat to try and protect the rim from damages. I can't even find the words to express my total disappointment! They lost my business and every driver I have sent their way. Two stars for having my tires in stock.

The team here was able to get me in and out quickly. Very nice people. There are no actual bays for drivers, just 4 lanes painted on the ground, you drive in U turn style then back into one of the lanes on the far left side of the building, not sure who decided to go with this location, but it wasn't a good idea. You have to come in from 285, if you try to come in from Northbound Moreland Ave, you will have a concrete median in your way. Take Southbound Moreland, and use the far gate...other than that, everything was great

Everything was cool, had to wait a couple hours for tire techs to return but I was out In about an hour once they got started with 2new tires. Tractor and trailer does fit but have to drive to the right side of the shop 1st them back up to the other side of the yard. Nothing major

First contact with this place was an employee who ignored me and then once I got his attention had something rude to say. I told the service manager behind the window no one addressed this. The tech who actually changed my tires was professional and timely. WHEN DID RESPECT AND SERVICE LEAVE businesses who PROVIDE SERVICE??? I will not return and don’t recommend you call them for anything.

They are very slow, the service they prove is good, just at a snails pace. 2+ hrs for a flat tire repair is insane. The customer service isn't always the greatest.

Waited all day for two tires that they said was in stock and I'm located on the other side of the traffic light only to be told sorry we don't have it at 3pm the call was made at 11am for the tires someone could have called and said hey we dont have them in stock and not have me wait all day long.

They slow they don't really want to do anything and always lying about what they say to you. I've had roadside service that's been quicker. I was at this place for over 3 hours

The Newest Manager (as of tomorrow officially) has been very helpful and truthful with my entire visit and has done everything possible to make my visit satisfactory. I gave 4 stars only because there is always room for improvement everywhere!!!!
