I've had storage HERE for over 3years due to downsizing,and they USE TO KEEP UP on everything throughout the storage units for years BUT now not sure if it's new management or due to new owners taking over and changed the name but I have NEVER had a rat problem and always had traps before in the PAST YEARS but never caught anything in the traps until THIS YEAR 2022 I set traps weekly and literally atleast 3 rats in my traps PER WEEKLY/BI WEEKLY VISIT,I pray they aren't biting through my furniture and all the rest of my stuff because my things are very heavy n just can't toss everything around like that to see if they are or not but the crazy thing of it is the rent keeps going up YET NO one is upkeeping the units,sprinkle some rodent killers around the storage units!!! Especially if u see openings if you don't want to invest money to close them up. Hopefully I find another home ASAP! I'm NOT a complainer but if you want CUSTOMERS to pay more PLEASE then do more!

I have been trying to reach someone by phone for 2 months. No one answers the phone and there isn't a voice-mail. The rate has increased but still no response. This was my only option for contact. I need a phone number in which someone will answer the line.

It was definitely a pleasure dealing with Mrs. Brenda at Montana self storage. Great place to store equipment for a small business owner and the owners were lovely to deal with. Hands down one of the best storage places to use.

Mrs. Brenda is always like a ray of sunshine, whether on the phone or if you go there in person! The facility is always clean with no loose debris in the corridors as you drive through. The gate opens quickly once your code is entered. We have had our unit there for a few years, mainly because of Mrs. Brenda and the REASONABLE PRICE the owner has her to charge.

I'll still give them 5 stars due to the grounds men updating me with the issue of the main receptionist having been out due to COVID, however someone needs to update their online booking. I wasted 2 days looking for storage with it not being updates. No storage vwas available and the receptionist has been out for almost 3 weeks, but I'm sure this is a reasonable place to rent and it's 24 hours accessible. The unit would've been $48 5x5 before any extra cost!

This is the worst storage facility I have seen. Rat droppings and urine was all over my bed and sheets. Roaches were all over not to mention the amount of dead rats. Do not put your things in the storage facility find you a great place do your research😡😡😡

This is only good for a very short period of time. The mice droppings and urine was all over my mattress. I had to trash it. Also, someone mysteriously cut off my lock by accident and left a new one with the key in it. Thank goodness I visited often. I was able to reach customer service when needed.
