Great store, the clerk was super nice ! I believe his name was mirko? But as soon as we walked he he was very attentive and super concerned with our wants and needs ! After going over all our options and figuring out what we like best . With no pressure he helped convinced us on the perfect fit and we purchased that mattress !! This guy is just the man for the position!! Not a sales jerk just a plain ol guy doing his job and doing a good job at it

On Friday, July 22, I went to your store. I was looking for a mattress, and I had gotten myself down to a couple of choices. The best part of my experience was Oliver. He was knowledgeable and patient. He answered all of my questions and provided me with all the information I needed to make the right decision. He was kind and funny and treated my kids great. I really appreciated all the time he spent with me. Also, he was the only person working and managed this very well. Working with other clients and me all while making sure we are all taken care of. Oliver is such a wonderful part of your store. Thank you for a great experience.

Soon as i entered the store door the manager Mr. M, I don't remember his name. But I know it started with a an M. He immediately approached me and greeted me. I told him the problems I was having. Mr. M told me exactly what I needed. I got the Temperpedic bed. Mr M took his time explaining everything to me. Giving him a great review for the amazing service. Thanks Mr M! Go see him asap!

I had one of the best and easiest experiences today at Sleep firm. I was only wanting to look at some mattresses, but Oralia was amazing, and I ended up buying one. My husband and I came here with the intention to purchase a simple bed. Needles to say, Ben was a great salesman. He was super professional, kind and patient with us. We ended up with a tempur-pedic king size bed, each side changed to our own comfort. Let me tell you it was the best investment ever! We have no regrets and we were very happy with the service.
