Buford El Sombrero has a great menu selection with reasonable prices and large portions. Their service team is very quick, responsive and courteous. The atmosphere is extremely festive and fun. The food was fresh, delicious and hot when it was served.

Food was amazing! Everything was cooked perfectly, waiter only came to take drink order then food order when she brought drinks, however another employee came over to bring food and check on us. Always great food here will definitely return

We had lunch ordered two chicken soups, Spinach salad and fish tacos. The salsa was really good, had lots of great fresh flavors. I love Mexican restaurants chicken soups. Unfortunately this one the chicken was a little dry but the broth had good flavor. The salad was horrible. Delivered without dressing and little to know flavors. I had to add two different salsas and salt to make it edible. My friend wanted to just eat one taco but apparently they only come in 3’s? I’ve never heard that before. Almost every Mexican restaurant I’ve been to allows you to order À la carte tacos. So he got three fish tacos and they had little flavor, tasted bland so he ended up not eating any of them. The service was good, attentive, checked on us several times. The place looked very clean, including the bathrooms. Just too bad the food was medium, nothing great. Would I go back? Nope. Too many other great options out there.

After long day of writing l felt like Mexican. Came to El Sombreo Had the Steak Ranchero yum! The salad was good too. Oh it looks like they re painted and did some nice upholstery. Drop by check out the menue.

Decent food and good location. Friendly staff. I wouldn’t go there regularly but it’s a decent place. I tried their fajita nachos which were good but weren’t the best I’ve tasted. Good thing was they were cheap compared to other restaurants.

Great authentic Mexican food at good prices. Nice colorful atmosphere. My kids love it. Free chips and salsa always on the table with no charge for refills. Good portions, I usually bring food home.
