ATM always out of service. Mobile app always down. Rude customer service. Always acts as if it's the customer's fault. Constantly getting lock out of checking account. I would recommend finding a better bank if u value your hard earned money

Unexpected fees for using your own money. Changes to location hours without notification. It doesn’t say updated hours on the website or the door. It’s like they just close when they feel like it. Never mind if you needed the bank. They’ll be a fee for that I’m sure. Call to confirm something over the phone. Turns out some totally different when you get to the bank. Miscommunications. Online and app are not always current. Fees fees fees

ATMs are always down. Mobile banking and app is also always down Constant problems that apparently can't be fixed . It's unbelievable how bad this bank is. Avoid at all costs if you use online banking

Do not use this bank as soon as FNB took over they started stealing ever cent they could get there hands on . I have been banking there for 17 years and never have I had this problem. Stay away from them there thieves.
