Oh my gosh I absolutely LOVE the employees at this location! Latoya went above and beyond for me, making suggestions when the scent I wanted wasn’t available. She went on a “special mission” to find a gift bag in a different color for me, then hand wrapped the gifts I picked out for my friend’s birthday. The entire time, we were laughing, and having the best conversation! Truly a personalized, positive experience and she is a people person who is so great and knowledgeable about what she does! Highly recommend this Bath and Body Works in Lawrenceville!!!!

Not 2 minutes later another woman comes to the counter and makes a purchase ahead of me. I would appreciate it if you could either tell your other clients you are preoccupied like you did with me or let me know you are ready for me. Neither was done so I left the stuff.

The body cream is thick, effective and not greasy. I tried out several of the foaming soaps and instantly loved the pink peach blossom scent. 🍑 🌸 The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Overall a very nice experience.

This is my absolute favorite B&BW store. The staff is always incredibly kind and helpful. I have a candle obsession and I’m there often. Pick up orders are always ready and staff is very knowledgeable. Even on crazy sale days the store is always organized and the staff are cheerful.
