The food is as top-ranking as usual, and the service is beyond our expectations! In such a tiring workday, we didn’t expect any special warming service. But as we entered the restaurant, we definitely felt warmly welcomed. The cashier answered all our questions and explained the details with patience. After bringing food to us, she also double checked if we need anything else. I really love this atmosphere as having quick lunch in a relaxing Friday afternoon with passion staffs. Will come back again!

The drive through line was long and although that was expected, It took 25 minutes from the time I got in line to the time I got my food. I asked for no pickles, and they got that right but did not include the spicy mayo that goes on a spicy chicken sandwich. Service was great, and food was warm. I’m happy. 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and a large fry totaled $13.75

Slow, forgot my food, I also wanted mild chicken got spicy instead, they are wearing their socks on their hands here and underwear on their head cause the only one gettin it done right in there is the manager, your gonna wait a min for food here. Some staff here need to work on customer service. Front Desk clerk talking about her problems of working as a cashier there to other customers and not taking orders or fulfilling paying customers needs

Slow service, can't seem to get any one's order correct. Phony nice/ trying to be personable, did not have what I wanted missing items from my order. Wanted a gallon of sweet tea gave me unsweetened tea. Could not substitute for two thighs when I asked,but you don't have legs or wing and asked me if it is ok to substitute for that. Went back had to prove I didn't get what I order. But you should have remembered me since you where being so great with the loud and wrong. Too worried about locking the front door sending just about everyone on break to eat. When you have so many cars in the drive thru you can't even park

Popeyes: "All we have is chicken...may I take your order. But just letting you know we only have chicken" Me: you only sale chicken please help me understand your comment. Popeyes: I mean, we don't have chicken chicken tenders or chicken sandwiches only chicken. And we don't have sides, only fries and mac-n cheese Me: May I get your two can dine for 11.99 with double fries Popeyes: Do you have a coupon? Me: Is listed and offered on your board Popeyes: ok mild or spicy Me: Mild and may I add a drink? Popeyes: what type of drink? Me: Fanta Strawberry I get to the window....only to receive a large Lemonade, mac n cheese, fries, and all my chicken is spicy...all 5 pieces. I can't eat spicy food and I didn't want mac n cheese. This was a wasted $16. Popeyes please correct my order or give me a refund! This is ridiculous!

We had a great experience at this location. Staff was so polite, attentive, helpful and hospitable. The service was fast. Best Popeyes location we have ever been to.

I placed a mobile order for a pickup I went to go pick it up and it wasn't ready that's okay but three people who came in after me who did not have a mobile order got their food before me. The service there is so slow. Then I tried to place another mobile order and the Wi-Fi was spotty so the manager told me to log into the Popeyes Wi-Fi and that was spotty as well so I did not get a chance to order my second mobile order. When I asked the manager if he can just do the mobile order on the register and I'll pay for it there and I said I did not want the points he said he could not do that either so I did not get my second order. Because what I wanted was only available on the mobile app totally disappointed. But on a positive note the chicken was fresh and hot and delicious just need to get better people to work inside who want to work.

I waited in the drive thru line for 10 minutes before realizing that they haven’t moved once. So i went inside and waited 30 more minutes without moving despite chicken sitting under the heat lamp. After 30 minutes what i assume to be the manager announced that it was cash only. I’m constantly been disappointed by them taking forever to do their job. I will never be coming back. I will be going to the Cobb pkwy location because i never have problems with them.

The drive thru line was very long but the young lady and cashier was still very helpful and professional. It seems they were short handed during a big sale day, but they still did everything to help things go accordingly. The work effort - without attitude -was very much appreciated.

Any fast food place that offer seafood is a winner for my. Gave up chicken years ago but I still get to enjoy Popeyes because they have shrimp baskets! I don’t love the new Mac and cheese but I’m glad I wasn’t able to finally try the Hottie Sauce. ✨
