Ciara,Hakeem, and Bryan were very helpful with my situation. I was hit by a vehicle from behind that pushed me into another car and going through Allstate for the rental. After 3 days in the rental a landscape company truck with a trailer holding a skidsteer rolled back into the rental (them being at fault) had to go back to them explaining what happened. Within minutes they shared and explained to me what i needed to do on my end and had me an another vehicle. NO HASTLE! They have been personable, knowledgeable, and friendly and very much helpful. If you rent a car from enterprise I highly recommend this location specifically!

Very bad company. I had a reservation for medium suv or simular and I made the reservation a week ago. When I came to pick up the car, they told me they didn't have that many cars and told me to look at another location. Very bad experience. I do not recommend you to rent a car from them.

Hakeem was the associate that assisted me and he made sure I received a suitable vehicle and clearly explained everything. He offered all the add ins but was not pushy like some rental people can be. This place is so convenient to the Greensboro community. They were very nice and the customer service was great. I stumble upon them when my car broke down the night before on Sunday so I end up booking a hotel. In the morning without reservation, the manager negotiated a one way rental for me from his Regional manager which they no longer do. I thank you guys for serving the community.

Monique(manager) was really nice down to earth energetic person. If I had a business I would definitely hire her without a question. The car that I wanted was not there when I arrived at this location. She immediately call the next location and arranged another car for me. Best part in the whole process was, she didn’t stay at the counter for the guys to clean up an alternate car for me. She literally went into that cleaning place and she was helping them. Keep up the good work.

On Feb 18 I arrived to get a rental through Carmax. They were working to get a car for me and someone else and that lasted over 15mins. Be prepared to wait for a car so if you’re in a hurry forget about them rushing. Everyone was nice so the customer service was professional. When they finally told me the car was here the guy said he needed to clean the car so I continued to wait. When I finally got in I was in a hurry to leave. The car was “clean” as if he just wiped it with a paper towel. When I got in the backseat later I noticed all the trash under the seat and how gross the car really was. I didn’t say anything because I’ve been busy with Carmax and that’s another story. I was told by Enterprise to return the car to Carmax and I did. I notice later I received only a portion back of my required $75 rental fee. I called and talked with someone named AK who spoke to the manager and they were reluctant to refund me on a fuel charge. They claimed Carmax returned the car on E. How is that even possible or my problem when I returned the car with a quarter tank of gas? She tried to explain to me that in the future when I rent with them to return the car with the same amount of gas I received it. Huge disrespect when I explained to her I did that right before she started her lecture. Not happy with this location. I would not recommend it to anyone. This is a pandemic and even it weren’t take a look at the video and see if you’d like to pay for a car in this condition. If I don’t get the refund for the fuel charge I’m dropping it down to one star for worst experience in a rental!
