I went to MetroPCS yesterday after having a stressful day on the phone trying to get everything situated with my phone and there was a employee there by the name of Harley she was very helpful and very nice I really enjoyed going in there she resolved my problem I was very happy when I left there thank you

The employees have always been fine. Pleasant and polite. I wish I could call and get someone on the phone. They don't take calls at the store anymore. The prices are what kills me. The case with screen protector bundle was $53!!! Outrageous!!! That's $30 more than what I saw it for online with free shipping. Only downside is I would have had to wait for it to be shipped. So backed into a corner I bought it. Huge buyers remorse (should have just waited) its insane for something that probably costs $5 (if that) to make. They should price match. Makes me want to leave Metro. Update: I emailed owner the same day they stated I could, I let them know how they could make it better and I have not heard back since.

Finally, I switched my mobile services to Straight Talk/Verizon towers about a month ago and I am beyond HAPPY. I had services with metro pc, in Perry for about eight months and it was a nightmare after three months. The management staff treated me rude and inhuman because I complained about the services... constantly lied. Just because the lying big man (boss man) say it is corrected doesn't mean it is...become knowledgeable yourself! The worse services I have every had don't waste your money. Big man don't waste my time responding...creep!!!! Audrey Man

Lydia and Paulina are awesome! Since my husband and I have been in GA, we have been to a few different locations, but NONE of them compare to the service we get from Lydia and Paulina every time we walk through the door. Always friendly, smiling, helpful and will get you the best deal possible. Thank you ladies for all the help over the last couple years!
