Went in to order food and it was not near closing time I wanted original the lady said we are out now I know it takes less than 25 minutes to cook chicken I told her I would wait for some to cook she said my manager said he was not cooki g anymore so again corporate or franchise will be called.

I have not been to a KFC in a long time because they shut the one down where I live. The one in Ringgold was on point. It was clean the staff was very friendly and the food was great. The french fries were some of the best I have had in a long time. They had to cook more fries and the young lady working the front counter was apologetic and offered me another side item because it was going to be a 2 minute wait. It's hard to find service like that these days especially at a fast food restaurant. Over all it was one of the best dining experiences that we have had in a while.

I ordered 4 piece meal so that I could share with my grandchildren. The chicken was so small that the girls wsnted more when they were through. When a two-year-old can eat 2 pieces of chicken and want more, that alone should tell you how small the pieces were.

The chicken was cold, taste like it had been sitting in a pan for a long while. Took a couple of bites and threw it away. I won’t be back.

Honestly posting for my husband because I'm not a big fan myself, but this meal was basically the size of a kids meal and it was over 10$, even I was upset and I don't even like their chicken.

The drink station is ready for you to fill your drinking needs. I quickly went to the ladies facilities and was pleased to find that it was also clean and and TP was filled. It is nice to see clean restrooms. Once I was ready to order my food, I was quickly greeted and order taken. Parker my cashier was very helpful in making suggestions as to my specific special needs. My food came out very quickly and was all tasty and hot. The biscuits were soft and hot enough to melt butter. I would have taken pictures of the food but I was so hungry I forgot. LOL Definitely will visit again when traveling through the area.
