I should have looked at the reviews first.I would like to give a zero star. The pharmacist Santoshi is the rudeness person I've ever met. It is obvious that she hates working for cvs.

Front of the house employee interactions far exceed that of the pharmacy. They offer ZERO help and are rude. Do not go to this CVS! Hopefully it closes soon and we get a Walgreens.

I have had the same prescription with CVS pharmacy for over 8 years and never had any issues until I started using this particular location. First they changed my brand of medicine without any notice or request from me, my doctor, or insurance. When I brought it up they said they changed it due to insurance but my insurance does still cover my brand so long as I get 3 months at a time (which I have been doing) and they changed it back at my request. I realized recently that they hadn’t automatically refilled my prescription and called to check, I was told my brand wasn’t preferred by CVS any longer but they could order it for me which is fine and I could pick it up in a week. Week goes by and I go into check, my prescription is not filled and it was never ordered but I can go to a different location to get it. Or they can give me a different brand but insurance won’t cover it. I have no idea why filling a maintenance prescription is so difficult for this location. I would go anywhere else unless you want to have several issues on necessary medication.

This CVS is the worst pharmacy ever. We were using Walgreens for my mom's prescription and very happy. When that Walgreens closed, they transfered her perscription to CVS close to us. This CVS pharmacy staff are incompetent, rude and careless. It takes hours on the phone and many trips to get the right perscription and /or straighten out their mistakes. Specifically the pharmacist is combative disrespectful, and worse of all incompetent . I do not wish this pharmacy on anyone. I am moving my mom's prescriptions to Walgreens. It is farther away but it is worth it.

The pharmacist (older Caucasian man) accosted me for not having the physical vaccination card to add my third booster to even though I have scans (I travel a lot/ have had to show it physically several times and lost it months after my second shot) he was extremely rude and honestly just didn’t feel like filling out a new card. When I asked how they handle it when people lose their cards he suggested I go back to my original store which was in Richmond, VA to get a new one. When I said that is unrealistic he told me “no it isn’t I have my card and so do my kids”. I said good for you and your kids. Completely inappropriate and an overstep. Will never come to this location for an already anxiety ridden process again.

Had the most NIGHTMARISH and horrendous experience at this pharmacy today thanks to an extremely inept pharmacist with a truly disgusting attitude by the name of Juan (so he SAID thats what his name was). My appointment was at 3, but I had a last minute emergency, therefore I could not make it at that time! I decided to get my test an hour early at around one because I knew the line at that pharmacy would be absolutely ridiculous, and I was right - I ended up waiting exactly one hour to get tested. At exactly 2 pm, I pull up to the drive thru window only to be talked down to by this Juan character who btw had NO character whatsoever. He tells me in the COLDEST and most unapologetic tone that he WILL NOT be testing me because there are “4 people ahead of me,” who obviously never showed up. I told him that I was technically on time and that I had just waited an HOUR in line to get tested, but no words were compelling enough for this rude worm, so I was forced to go on my way without my weekly Covid test! Honestly speaking, denying ANYONE a Covid test during this pandemic should be considered absolutely illegal! This is exactly what these people are doing. Seems to be that this particular location is the biggest problem, because I’ve had to deal with the same types of attitudes every time I visit. Never again!

The pharmacy is a mess. Filling partial prescriptions, the balance are never ordered and filled. When you follow-up, they will tell you to wait 2 days every time. Avoid this pharmacy, the manager also is not helpful at all.

I don’t know what has happened to this CVS pharmacy. The service has gotten so much worse in the last few months. It is a nightmare every time I need a prescription. The wait in the drive through can get to an hour. The wait on the phone if you get through it could also be one hour. Seriously considering changing to other provider. The worse
