The staff are not friendly or inviting the restaurant is very cold no one wants to eat inside of this place I asked the person who took my order how long it would be she said 20 minutes I asked her to give me a call when my pizza was ready she said okay I told her I would be in the parking lot waiting for her call and no one called me.

Horrible experience, old and bad food, brown and red salad lettuce with no onions, tomatoes, croutons, I got bad lettuce in a box. Pizza was 90% dough, was hardly any cheese or sauce. No prices anywhere and the QR code they have in the restaurant sends you to a 404 error page so I had to order at the counter and ask for each individual price as I ordered. Prices are way too high for what you get. Wouldnt reccomend if you dont want to literally throw money in the garbage. I paid $18 for this bad lettuce. That was most disappointing.

I gave this location so many chances to get it right. Every time I order delivery, there is ALWAYS something wrong with the order or something is missing. They never do anything to make up for their mistakes either…horrible customer service. I will never patronize this location again.

Last minute impromptu pizza gathering for my son's birthday. Food was good, and prepared quickly. The gentleman working the counter was helpful and accommodating to our larger party. Not anything to take away from the service and food, but a remodel is definitely needed. Looks the same as 20 years ago.

Usually quick, efficient service. Located conveniently right off of Philadelphia Rd in small shopping center.

Was not impressed. I saw a comercial for their edge pizza. It looked wonderful havent been to pizza hut in 10 years. What we got was nothing like the commercial. Whats the point in akimping on the cheese and ingredients if you want to bring people back For me the pizza was a huge disapointment and I cant find a reason to go back. Interior of restaura nt was bla to.

I've definitely had better vegetable pizza. I used to love Pizza Hut years ago. I tried them out for the first time in like 17 years. Not the same taste. But decent. Plus their meat contains pork. I guess Pizza Bolis it is.

The service is poor takes forever for someone to greet you. Even when there’s no one standing in front of the cashier they still don’t welcome you in. The pizza here is usually very soft. NOT THIS TIME EVEN AFTER MAKING IT A SECOND TIME! Only the people of color have on hair nets?

Absolutely horrible.. Dinning room was a filthy mess, approximately 5 or 6 employees just standing around chatting, server never asked if we wanted drink refills. Place wasn't even busy so there should be no reason for it to look the way it did. When server did empty the dishes from 1 table she failed to whipe the table down.they had to clean our table just to seat us. Went in with high expectations and was sadly disappointed.
