I started coming to this store after a bad experience at the McGinnis ferry one and have been coming in ever since just for the customer service. I always have a good time talking to rosi and Jordan and they always make my experience quick and easy.

This place always makes the Amazon returns difficult. There is no one time i could return something with one visit. The owner wants boxes to be boxed to be returned! Amazon should stop working with these jerks.

Extremely rude man at the counter. From the previous reviews of this place he seems to be the owner. I took an Amazon return here the exact same way it was delivered and he tried making me buy a new box for it. I get what you’re trying to do. Reporting this store to Amazon.

Very poor service. Took our international package and then returned it back to us . Charged us $134.39. The package was never delivered and was returned to us . We never received our money back. Will never send anything from this store.

Funny, I came to rate this super bad UPS store and not surprised that this store is already 2.3 and doesn't really need my review but I will still go. I say RUN AWAY from this store, they charge for overnight but deliver after 3 days and put blame on weather. I dropped package on Thursday in January to deliver on Friday and they delivered it on Monday and store said its their fault and they will refund and after 3 month, I got email from guy called Roy that it was weather issue and I am like it took 3 months to find out you had weather situation :) and I asked what situation, give me link and understand not delivered on Friday but then why not delivered on Saturday or Sunday but no response. Anyway, time to move on but stay away from this store and there are better accountable stores.

The manager of this store has a terrible customer service. His employees are never the same. They all must have due to his rude behavior. Unacceptable. All of the 5 star reviews are so fake. Treat your customers well if you want to keep your business. The picture I am posting is the one I arrived at 6pm. It is not even closing hour and they already have the lights off!! Unacceptable. The next photos I am posting is who in the world would like that many likes on an review. Its obvious that the person who writes and likes them is the owner here.

I'm very pleased with this The UPS Store. The staffs are always professional and courteous, as well as efficient. My time in the store is very quick...never more than a couple of minutes at most. it's my preferred UPS Store for shipping, Amazon returns, printing and etc. I'm glad to have them nearby.

I left an iphone in a Hilton hotel near this ups store., and the hotel chose UPS to deliver it to me. I live in San Diego CA, and even ground delivery is outrageously expensive. associate went above and beyond, calling me to get approval for the charges before sending the package; and he was efficient and helpful in assisting me with delivering it to a continental US address for a much lesser fee. I received an email with the tracking number and a kind note minutes after ending our call. I so appreciated them proactive and professional handling of my package. The phone was packed perfectly and delivered on time. Thank you again.
