I literally just got a call from them and missed it. They gave a call back number and within 5 minutes it says that they’re closed AFTER I just got the call to call them back “at my earliest convenience”.

They said my package was delivered and it’s nowhere to be found. I’m really upset at the fact that either they put it at the wrong address or lied about it being delivered. Hope y’all improve on your customer service.

We never get our packages delivered. I almost always have to go pick them up because it is an inconvenience for our mail lady to deliver down our driveway?? She said it was because it was rough but even after we repaired it she still doesn't do her job and deliver them? I really wish something could be done about this.

I used to get my deliveries to my door now I can't even get them at all. Where do I begin? This has got to be the worst service I ever received and it's all thanks to one lady that really should be fired. They stopped delivering packages to the door, which is fine but when they do deliver a lot of times I have packages missing. Yesterday alone I had 4 missing packages, I came to the USPS office and she was supposed to come check out what happened. She never did and she will probably call out today. I had to cancel my trip just to wait for USPS today. I am tired of this.

Shout out to Brian Kidd, the best mail carrier ever. He goes out of his way to make sure that my packages get to me safely. Great communication, awesome service. I have varying delivery needs due to my schedule and Brian is always eager to accommodate.

Every time I mail my letters here they go exactly where I send them! Couldn’t be more thrilled and the customer service is awesome! Sent my passport renewal off here and the representative knew exactly what I needed and even answered my questions about the paperwork.

My carrie did not leave or come to my door to try and deliver my meds from Pharmacy care of Georgia on Dec . 11, 2019 He left no notice . I got a call from the pharmacy saying he had tried to deliver and no one was home. . I watched for him on Dec. 11, 2019 . He left a notice in my box . He did not get out of veheical and try to get a signature. This is the poorest excuse for a carrier that I have ever seen. I have repeadly tried to call Post Office and no one will answer.

I have been to the this Post Office numerous times and had nothing but Great Customer Service who most of the time I do business with Zack.He is very Helpful and Very Knowledgeable about any questions pertaining to services for mail/packages etc related to the Postal service....Keep up the hard work it doesn't go unnoticed.

These are the most LAZY low people I have ever dealt with. The package we had ordered would not fit in the mailbox, so because we did not have a mailbox, but the address is on the house, they did not get off their fat a$$ to put the package on the door, which again did not fit in the mailbox. And please do not get me started on how they drive. I really think Stevie Wonder drives better than they do. No wonder the government is closing post office and I really hope they close a few in our town. M.F. IDIOTS !
