employees are extremely rude , unpleasant, snobby, and serves the poorest to none at all customer service ever. The white girls were very nice. The store’s ceiling was falling through the roof and some didn’t even have ceiling just holes. Products were not nice and neatly presented. If you want to get talked about and get attitude thrown in your face then go to Tifton’s mall where they have the no respect for their customers at BBWz .

Love this place always. My husband said I had enough wallflower plugins to last a while I told him the coupons always allow m to get more and keep the coast under $50. 00 and he loves that. The store assistants are also helpful, informative ,and nice

It is a hit or miss on customer service! Most times I have received good customer service but today the cashier was excessively rude and demanding. She made customers like myself ready to make their purchase as quick as possible and get out of that store. I really wanted to buy a few things at the semi annual clearance sale so I overlooked her hatefulness. I love the semi annual clearance sale. Emails keep me updated on great sales!!

The smell in Bath and Body works is awesome! I love the products but I have to wait and catch the sales or find coupons cuz that's the only way I can afford it.

Employees are fantastic! Always so helpful and friendly! Super clean store and always organized! Makes you feel like family when you walk in the door! There's always something on sale too!

Employees (Tevon) very disrespectful and rude to certain colors of skin. Makes you stand I line while she decides who she waits on 1st. Greets them warmly while you get no greeting at al not even a warm friendly smile. And too top it off gives you rude looking faces!

What's not to love? Incredible delights for the senses. Always a mix of classic favorites and something new. Superior products across the board. Knowledgeable, friendly sales associates, Oh... and coupons, too!!!
