The 4.0 rating is absurd, and so are the negative reviews. I've been using this location for years, the staff are honest, respectful, and they're up-front about their policies. They treat my daughter like a rock star and she always leaves with stickers. It's one thing to have beef with UPS, but these folks are doing a solid job.

This is not UPS, this is a franchise. They are willing and able to do the basic things, but if you need help with something they won't make commission from, you are on your own.

🤔 If I could give no stars I would. First time to this UPS location and a gal with weird painted on eye brows was very hateful & rude. Would never ever refer this place to anyone. FedEx rocks and very nice & professional people there.!! 🙂👍🏻

I've been here twice, and both times the staff was condescending and unhelpful. They made it seem like sending or picking up a package was a real inconvenience to them.

I’ve used UPS before however THIS particular location was less than helpful. They said the carrier would refuse it by the way the package looked/was taped. I was asked what’s inside and how it was packaged. I felt like I was being interrogated. They made absolutely ZERO effort to help. I kindly said I’ll find someplace else. I went to FedEx and there was absolutely no problem and AMAZING customer service! They accepted the package, took two minutes to help me secure the package with extra tape, walked me through the shipping process and charged me less than $15 to ship!

I went to this store and I need to ship a level tool next day on May 26, 2022. Package included box cost. The tool not even arrived yesterday. I went back this store and asked about this. The store treat me like an alien. I will never go to this store or ship with UPS

A very long story short: I needed to ship a package to a friend that's working literally on the other side of the world. I came in and explained the circumstances to Jessica. She rose to the challenge and packed the items I needed so well, that it survived the trip! Needless to say, the family that received the package was blown away by the attention to detail. If you have something valuable and delicate you have to get shipped and done right, bring it here. Thanks to Jessica for her diligence, hard work and going above and beyond! Because of her, a lot of people are benefiting from what she did. thanks again!

I come to this store quite often. I have never stood in line longer than 10-15 minutes. I am always greeted with a “thank you for waiting”. Everyone has always been super helpful to me. They are great with answering questions and getting your packages sent to their destination.

Awesome experience at the five mile plaza location. The representative was very knowledgeable and friendly. They were pretty quick given they were a little busier. They definitely were making me and my package being sent out a priority, which was refreshing. I will definitely be coming here when I need a ups store to ship my online sale items. The owners know how to treat their customers.
