It's a small store, with a Mexican Cafe. They only stock mostly Hispanic foods, plus they sell some some meats, from the butcher. The Cafe does have good Mexican food.

Finally a burrito the size and more importantly the taste you expect from a burrito! Moved her from Cali 4 years ago and can’t seem to find a burrito “as they should be” until NOW! This place real authentic burritos loaded with meat and fixins! Huge burrito and great flavor! Not the cheapest; but worth the money!

The food is awesome delicious but you can't enjoy your food there cuz the music is too loud you can't have a conversation cuz you can't hear yourself talk they need to turn it DOWN!!

There's a lot to review here. I'd say tacos are 4 star for flavor but everything else about this place is 5. The tacos are packed- TONS of meat! One single fat tortilla, at a very good price. Overall, the tacos are good, but not super amazing. Good for grabbing a bunch if you have an event- you won't offend any guests. But, the only standout flavors were the Adobada and Asada. Those two were the best. The Chorizo and Carnitas were both ok. When I go back I'll be happy to grab a few adobada, a few asada, some bacon wrapped Jalapeño, and just chill. The salsa verde is super mild- needs some heat or just added jalapeños. The atmosphere in the place is pretty nice, live music on a Saturday morning?!? And what looks like a great carneceria, both the cold meats and prepared goodies. Good place to grab some tacos and hang out.

Want yummy homemade tacos made on tortillas that are made to order? Then run don't walk to Lonestar!! Want burritos big enough for 4 normal humans? Yep! They got those too! 😍 We got the Pollo,Carne, & Carnitas tacos.. Got the easily 2 lb Carne burrito.. And got some of those homemade tortillas fresh to take home 😋 Oh! And there's a little truck in the parking lot sells all kinds of delicious authentic treats! We snagged some Mexican street corn cause what goes better with tacos? 🤤 And if it's in stock grab the house made Pico De Galo & Guacamole! Your tummy will thank you!

I don't get to the west side of Treasur Valley for tacos very often but when I do Compos on Lonstar is where I go. The taco's here are divine! They make their own corn tortillas and they are amazing!

My friend kept telling me about how good the food was here. He brought me some chips and salsa and a chile relleno one day and they tasted like authentic Mexican food. . So I decided to stop by and get a small chips and salsa one afternoon. The small chips were $5. Then they told me they were out of small containers of salsa so I'd have to buy some from the refrigerator in their store. Over $7 for a pint of salsa! Chips and salsa for $12!!! I used to cook in a Mexican restaurant and did the ordering. The salsa ingredients for the pint cost them about a dollar. I won't be back.

The best street tacos and bacon wrapped, cheese filled jalapeños. 😎 Just wish they wouldn't have forgotten my grilled green onions! Please answer phone because I couldn't call to let you know.

Clean store, friendly staff and service. groceries available, good verity beers. Food cooked to order, always hot. Cicerones cooked to order lots of seating also high chairs. Meats available to order for cut and veggies also for pick up.
