I'm only writing a one star review because I placed a order online my account was debited the amount of the order then when I show up the lady at the front desk who was super nice I have no complaints with her at all. Told me that their system was down and I have to wait 3 to 4 days for the order to cancel and then my money will be returned which who knows how long that will take so after. Once I get my money back I'll go somewhere else to get my supplement needs again I have a problem with the business not the employees

I visited for the first time last week although I've lived in this city for a decade, haha! I can say I'm thankful they have a great selection of alternatives in vitamins regardless of the reason you need to look for an alternative. You're vegan, or you have a sensitive stomach, or you want to see if a different brand works better for you, this place is a good start. They are pricey on certain needs, but if it's for your health you can't put a price on that.

A good place for all the vitamins and supplements you need,less expensive than G.N.C. but doesn't have the variety....the staff is always nice and friendly but many of them are just cashiers and doesn't have the knowledge of someone who knows about vitamins and supplements and can't tell what you should or shouldn't use or what works well together and what doesn't but overall it's a pretty good place to go for health purposes

I shopped on Thursday in rush; mentioned that I travel overseas and need to take the product with me. Arrived overseas to find out that the product I bought had expired 08/19. Big shame! So expensive, and no attention!

I've been a repeat customer of Vitamin Shoppe for many years, from California to Illinois. I have never been accused of shop lifting ANYWHERE, except here, where the manager obviously thinks everyone is a crook. I bought 2 bottles of vitamin and checked out with the cashier. It took a while because I had to update my address with the cashier. Then, I was ready to leave but was stopped by the manager /owner who thought I ran out without paying for these. He was literally shouting "Hey Excuse me!". I am sure in his mind, he was certain I didn't pay for the vitamin, despite I was at the cashier's desk for like 10 min updating my address. His sorry excuse about me being "quick" is another joke -- how long does it take to check out? He's expecting an hour or something? So there are a few possible explanations: 1. He's a racist scumbag who thinks Asians are all thieves. 2. He's a dumb ass who can't come up with anything better 3. He thinks his employees are idiots, who were watching me as I left the store. Either way it doesn't reflect anything good about his intellect.
