I stopped in the Mattress Firm on Joliet Road yesterday 7/29 to get an idea of cost and availability of twin mattresses. It was my first stop to look at a twin size in person rather than online. I feel so bad I don’t recall the name of the amazing girl that helped “us”. (My 5yo granddaughter and me) She went out of her way to let us try different mattresses. We had to leave since the car was loaded with groceries that needed to be unloaded and put away at home. Long story short…we went back at closing time and she let us in sold us the nicer mattress and even put it in my SUV for me. Please give her a big fat bonus and a raise!!

I needed a box spring protector and service to put it on because I couldn't do it alone, by far a quality protector and the gentlemen that came out to my residence had booties and masks on!! They were very careful with my mattress and box spring and very professional! They showed up on time and were very kind as well! I appreciate everything about this company, they are always available and willing to help in any way they can, best customer service I have had in a long time! Definitely recommend giving them a call if you need or have any questions, as they are all knowledgeable in the field!
