Used window wiper and they are shot. Wiper fluid empty after one use. Gas was only 1/2 a tank when picked up so apparently they do not service vehicles before customer pick-up. Have a Malibu and defrost not good but this is a manufacturer issue. CHEVY 🤔 kid at check out was professional 👌

Was having the worst week, my car was stolen and I needed to run several errands. I reserved a car online via enterprise hoping I would get the Kia Soul because it was cheaper and the seat could be let down in the back. When I got to budget they didn’t have any Souls so I would need to get a SUV which would be considered an upgrade cost. Chris was very accommodating and helped out with this process.

Made my reservations over a month ago. Arrived at the counter and had to wait for my car for over an hour. When the agent took me to my car there were a lot of dents and scrapes on the car. Then I inspected the tires and one of them was severely worn and unsafe to drive. I pointed that out to the agent and he agreed. I can’t believe they would rent out a car that is so unsafe. Now I have to wait several hours for a replacement vehicle to arrive. Agent would not upgrade me to a vehicle that was on site. Next time I will use Enterprise.

Just attempted to rent a car here. I have rented from budget before with no issue but this time the type of payment wasn't accepted. I get it. Things change. The reason for the bad review was the horrible service. A young man named Chris was the only stuff there and he had NO idea what was going on. Couldn't answer my questions, couldn't find anyone who could answer questions, couldn't cancel my reservation. He literally couldn't even bring himself to pick up the phone to call customer services to cancel the reservation. When asked if he could get someone on the phone to help with the refund, he dialed the same number I did and handed me the phone. He didn't know how to do anything and was unwilling to try and help solve the issue.i asked him what his job title was to which he replied "I don't know, I just give out keys". He either needs better training, or they need a competent employee.

I had the nicest experience for renting a vehicle here. There were some complications in the reservations but this location and their staff worked to resolve it all and in the process even provided an upgraded vehicle. Highly recommended both the location and Avis-Budget partnered system.

I was helping out friends by paying for a car rental for them for the week. Budget was the least expensive and had a good location. Neither my friend or I have good credit or available money on a credit card, so I was using my debit, which had just enuff money on it to rent the car. First the website didn't apply the 30% off coupon from first time rental. Neither their Customer Service line nor the Budget Rent A Car counter were willing to apply the discount. Second your credit score must be at least 620, which I did not see on the website. Lastly, when I cancelled the rental, they charged me a $150 cancellation fee. The Terms state there is a $50 fee for a cancellation & does not specify any time restrictions on the cancellation. $50 I can understand but $150 is ridiculous. So now I am out $150 for a rental we couldn't get. Not happy at all.
