Apparently DSW doesn’t give you a full refund if you don’t check out as a guest. So I will be filing a charge back for my remaining balance. What a garbage return policy from an over priced company. 1 ⭐️

Very very nice. Did not have a good selection of boots but their heals, sandals, gym shoes, and accessories were absolutely gorgeous.

Frustrated web site mentions you carry size 14 men shoes. However, the 2 stores I went to didn't have that size and was told very rarely get that size.

The ladies who work here are my hero’s! I had an issue with my reward points being negative and a shoe exchange I was having. It was close to store closing and they called me the next morning to let me know everything was resolved. I really appreciate the awesome level of customer service!

I got these really cute shoe,but the next day it was damaged. Steve Madden you should be ashamed of yourself. The selection is much different here. Not what I'm use to.🙆🏽♀️

The store is huge! I was greeted at the door and my greeter encouraged me to "just ask" if I had any questions. The problem; however, is that I didn't have a question until I was at the back of the store! Guess where all the helpers were? I use a cane and didn't have it in me to walk to the front and then go back to where the shoes in question were. No purchase today!
