RIP OFF, they’re selling things at secondary market value, so as if it was new, but very slightly discounted. Some items are even more expensive than if they were new somewhere else. Absolute trash ripping off the community They don’t even have furniture anymore?? And they’re going to charge secondary market value if they do start selling it again

All I can say is this if you shop these places and you're looking for a little something that you don't want to pay a lot of money for you just might find it the people are nice and I bought many high-end items there for practically next to nothing that people donate cuz they get tired of them or whatever it may be and you can find some good Vines it's a cool place to be and they also support their endeavors by hiring people who are in need of jobs or job experience and it boosts people's eagles and morels that feel like they're down when they get a job there it's always important to feel like someone when you're in this world and in this life there's too many people in this world that make you feel like nothing like you don't exist and that's not cool and Goodwill is a great store stay open and keep helping the public and your employees God bless

The best selection of records at any goodwill I’ve been to. Lots of gems. Sadly, they got rid of the record bins and are stacking them on a wire shelf which makes it hard to browse and is slowly destroying the records. They’ve also gone way up in price and are now $2.99 each, which is way overpriced for most thrift store vinyl.

Went to find few items for my DIY.but was shocked to see the high prices. Atleast dont triple the price of something, you didnt spend a penny for.They donot take furniture anymore .donot give carry bags any more. very disappointing.

Scott helps in fitting rooms. He is super awesome, hard worker, on a hustle with a smile. He needs a raise! Store is clean and smells awesome!

I'm so super low on funds right now, but the Lombard Goodwill had all the right "finds" that I was looking for. Then, on top of the great buys, the cashier lady was very knowledgeable and helpful. Also, the African American lady that was working throughout the aisles was ultra-friendly and she wished my family and I to have a great day!!! Go Lombard Goodwill!

Great deals if looking for good used items I've bought a few very nice flat screen televisions here surprised that they worked so nice just bought a nice 42 inch Sony smart tv here for under 25 dollars and always round it off if it is $25.10 I will donate the 90 cents to goodwill charities!!! Any time you can help out it's great feeling!!! Store always clean and the people working there are hardworking nice people!! I shall return!!!!!

Overall a decent experience. Customer service was helpful even without asking. Door was clean, busy, good atmosphere. I like that they had trying on rooms. I've found some thrift stores just decided to do away with trying on rooms, that wasn't nice. Money is precious these days and actually being able to try things on helps with stretching that almighty dollar!!! I'm not from the area but I would definitely do there again....
