Papa John's Pizza is my favorite pizza from a franchise pizza place in the area however the service is so awful at this place that I refuse to go there anymore. I went there about 3 weeks ago and it literally took them an hour for my three pizzas to be cooked.

Ordered pizza for pickup. They said it would be 20min. I arrived after 20min and they said it would take another 10 minutes. After 45 minutes, it still was not ready. I had to wait even longer for it. Also NO employee was wearing a mask even though it is state mandated. I would like corporate to contact me about this terrible experience.

Never Again! The last two times I've picked up from there it was horrible. The music was so loud both times you can't hear the employees, I had to keep asking them to repeat themselves. Last time I was early so I checked in, they completed my order and it sat there for 22 minutes before they gave it to me. This last time, the girl checked her phone before looking up my order. I had to tell her 3 times the first and last name, and spelled it. She then made a comment about my last name, "I'm not going to say its a funny name..." Then asked me to pay for the order that was already paid for. This is the front end service, I shudder to think of the back end. Given the appearance of some of the employees, someone call the Health Department.

Even though I saw my order sitting there they were busy enough and he was very professional and efficient. I work in food service so Keep it up. I will continue to be a customer. Honestly, the only reason I became a papa John’s customer besides them being within 5mins from my house, is the fact they have cheese stuffed crust. As much as I love Chicago deep dish as this is usually only what I order, I am obsessed lol; so thank you for satisfying my crave.

They didn’t take my order for 5 minutes because they assumed I was DoorDash (didn’t bother to ask me) and then when I went to tell my fiancé about the wait time, they laughed at the fact that I could possibly have a fiancé (referring to my appearance). Never coming back here. They didn’t even wear gloves

Horrible service. The worker was not wearing a mask nor any gloves. After taking the money and giving back change the worker went to prepare the pizza. The worker was not wearing uniform at all. I have no interest in coming back to this location. I see Shaq firing the worker.

I called a couple of days later and was informed they were short-staffed and was told they would credit me the same 2 large pizzas. After redeeming 1 of the 2, I called to redeem the 2nd and was told that no credit was associated with my account. I'm starting to think that I can't believe anything they tell me.
