Switching to T-Mobile was so easy I did it on my lunch break. I was able to keep my phone and my number. Eli took care of everything, and the transition was so smooth that I forgot it happened until I saw T-Mobile in the corner of my phone screen just now.

I had such and amazing Experience last night. I went into T-Mobile because my watch was not connecting to my phone. The guy that help out was Extremely helpful and patient So much so that we ended up walking out with two iPads that we had not even thought about getting. It’s hard to have great customer service nowadays and Eli knocked it out of the park. We will definitely be back when we need our watches upgraded .. With Eli’s great customer service he was also very knowledgeable and straightforward.

Do not become a T-Mobile customer if you frequent this area (T-Mobile, Target, Starbucks, Taco Bell, Dobbs, etc.) 3 stars because it's not this location's fault. However, this store is in a T-Mobile dead zone. The website says there is coverage, but you can't send texts, calls or use data unless you're connected to WiFi in this area. It's been going on for over a year and it's getting really annoying having to explain the story every time I call to complain about it. It's not my device, it's the service. Literally anyone I know with T-Mobile cannot use their phones in this area, or the entire 5 mile radius around it unless they're connected to WiFi, and it would have been great to know that before I became a customer - otherwise I would not have been a customer.

Pretty poor communication from the staff. We recently ordered phones through this location, and unfortunately was never informed one of the phones that was ordered was on a backorder status. We're now out money for the purchase with no date as to when the phone will even arrive. Some basic communication could have avoided this entire situation instead of just trying to makw the sale. We had Intentions of upgrading anyway so regardless they would have made the sale.

Eli was absolutely amazing. He not only helped me get my phone but was able to also get an iPad for my daughter. Hands down he is the best Customer Rep/Tech I have ever Dealt with.

Commons store (Jake), I went to see Christopher and Eli, they were very helpful and easy to talk too. Save yourself some headache and just go to this store and see Christopher and Eli B.

We purchased an iPhone for a relative out of state. Assigning her number to her new phone was a step beyond difficult!! ELI helped us through the process with patience and perseverance!! He made several phone calls to get the number changed and followed up with calls to us even after we left the store.

Eli and Christopher are outstanding; very helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure I had the best plan value for my needs. Highly recommend this location for all your mobile service needs!

Worst experience I've ever had at any business. Felt like a roller-coaster. Some direct staff are incredibly kind, easy to work with. When told by tech support and the customer care support line to exchange my less than 14 days old, new $1200 phone, the manager Chris refused repeatedly to call the number to make it happen. Why?? No idea. In fact, this may even be illegal. Not sure. But, I suspect this store location doesn't want to lose a sale at the cost of hundreds of dollars to me, a customer of almost 20 years, and hours of time. I seriously do not understand, but something is wrong at this store.

My wife and I went to this store on Central Park Drive and it was a wonderful experience. Usually you get a high pressure sales pitch or quibbling about level of service or ]ne types. From the beginning Eli, store manager, and Miguel, technician, were totally awesome. Miguel walked us through everything with our plan and new phones. I would totally recommend going to this store. A great experience for us.
