David, with Elite IT, replied with a quick response from the first call. We came in with two computer problems - both were solved within a couple days! David was able to transfer all my personal photos, documents, projects from the hard drive of my non-working very old desktop to an external drive. I'm very pleased to have that old stuff again. Secondly, my husband's old Dell laptop was running slowing, and generally not worth repairing. David was able to get a new laptop computer. Most importantly, he spent nearly two hours with us setting up easy access to email and favorites and explained some important features. David's patience and genuine care for his customers is much appreciated!

I highly recommend Elite IT Business solutions. I am from out of town and was having issues with my laptop that I use for my job. I called Dave and he meet me after work and was able to change out my laptop battery that was not working to get me back up and running until the correct battery came in and new SS hard drive. He installed my new battery and hard drive and cleaned up my system and works better than new. The turn around was really fast. It did not boot up and operate this fast when I bought it new!! He is very meticulous and knowledgeable. Thanks Dave, your the best!

I took my first laptop to David about 5 or 6 years ago when it had some issues. Have been going there ever since. I bought my second laptop from David. I have needed help a few times since then due to my technology skills. He gets back to me and gets things taken care of in a timely manner for the right price. Finding a good local business is always a plus, besides being my computer guy he has also become a friend.

We then got in touch with David and he instantly started troubleshooting for us. After a short time of do this and do that along with all David did on our computer via sharing our screen, it was a success!! Needed someone to replace the case top of my laptop. Was referred to Elite by another tech repair company. Dave picked up my laptop, ordered required parts, repaired, and returned it within about a week. I’m sure it would have been sooner but I lost some screws that he had to order. Dave also updated Windows for me as a complimentary service. The pricing for the repair was reasonable and the customer care was outstanding. Dave also included pricing for an updated/bigger hard drive on my invoice should I have a need for more memory. Dave is now “my guy” for computer stuff. Thanks so much, Dave!
