Went to one outside of my neighborhood and they had a bigger store with different items that are in the one close to my home got in and out relatively quick staff was fast

The place is short staff so the place is filthy. The floors haven't been swept in a while. The staff that was there was helpful. But the manager has give up. Cause the store shows how much they care.

I don’t expect good service at Dollar Tree, but I just had to come on here to talk about James. He was one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. And looking through the reviews, I’d bet that those customers probably had interactions with him as well. First of all, his mask was hanging off his chin, which was just irresponsible. He was coughing, too. When he was ringing me up, he forcefully dumped everything out of my basket and then shoved the basket at me and told me to put it back. He didn’t ask nicely, mind you - no please or thank you’s. I was confused, but obliged. Then he had the audacity to work up an attitude and aggressively said, “Why’d you have to snatch it from me?” At this point, I was overly confused because I didn’t understand what he was so worked up about. I put the basket away, which isn’t even my job, it’s his, and didn’t talk back or even say anything to him. He went on to hastily ring up my items and set down my bag (with glass jars at the bottom) not gently whatsoever on the counter. I grabbed my bag and ran out. I think I’ll be steering clear of this Dollar Tree for a while.

The staff were extremely nice they even went in the boxes of the item for me because I needed more of it the cashier was very friendly and helpful I will be back to this location
