For sure can’t say this about everyone there but Lisa is definitely the best of the best! I’ve been in there multiple times over the last couple months and I can personally say no one is more personable or as helpful as she is! Had such a great experience at Jared! Andrea and Thomas were both super helpful and patient with us while looking through their jewelry options. Not once did they try to up sell us and they truly helped us find exactly what we were looking for. We took multiple trips and asked for Andrea each time, because she is super knowledgeable about diamonds and took great care of us!

Andrea was incredibly helpful and a delight to work with! She took lots of time to help educate us on the world of diamonds, answering all of our detailed questions with patience and kindness. She helped us sort through their extensive diamond inventory to select the ones that checked our boxes, and she went above and beyond to order what we wanted from another location. Horrible Jeweler! Purchased a product online with in store pick up. Upon arrival I was greeted by a sales associate (Lisa). While speaking with her I informed her I had a pick up order. She proceeded to get my order, while packaging my order she broke the product. She apologized and said she could have it repaired in 20 minutes. 20 minutes turned into an hour. I finally found another associate who went back grabbed the necklace and just handed it to me. She did not package it or even offer me box. She just handed it to me and walked away. While inspecting the necklace I noticed I could tell where the product broke and immediately asked for a new necklace or refund. After waiting an additional 30 minute I was finally given a refund. Though I understand mistakes happen the customer service behind this situation was horrible and they unfortunately lost a customer. No one apologized for my inconvenience as this was a Valentine’s Day gift for my husband.

Walked in just to browse their watch selection having never yet owned a watch. Stephen was so helpful in educating me as well as providing neat information about each brand; it was obvious how knowledgeable he was. I came back in the next day and purchased a Hamilton Jazzmaster from him and love it! Excited to start building my collection!

Omg .. I truly want to thank the staff/Store manager at Jared's for finally getting my ring in for repair and understanding how much my ring meant to me. The store manager made sure all my needs was taking care of ... He personally called me and told me to drop my ring off on Thursday putting it in the best hands of his best diamond repair guy.. and Lord behold I picked it up today (Monday) 4 days later looking brand, brand new... Thank you all for always taking care of my needs..

Unfortunately it was totally the opposite, this was my first time dealing with them and going to be my last time.

We went into Jared to just look around at what I liked and didn’t like in rings as I hadn’t tried much on before. Before we knew it, Jenny, a manager, was walking through what it meant to get a custom designed ring! It wasn’t a sales tactic in our minds because she asked questions to gauge every little thing I liked, disliked, and wanted or didn’t find important in a ring. We sat down, she listened, and we drew out what we wanted, looked at specific diamonds to choose from, and waited for an official sketch to come back. Once it did, we went back and forth for small tweaks. Then a plastic model came in and going in to try it on and see it on my finger was so special. After we gave the go ahead with that part, the ring was made!! After a few months of waiting, my man finally popped the question while on vacation on the beach! I couldn’t be happier with my ring, my fiancé, and my experience with Jenny at Jared! Highly recommend!
