Decent ice cream but they do not allow samples and are very stingy with ice cream. Additionally, the employees are rude. While I was paying for my ice cream, I was asked when my baby was due by the cashier. I informed her that I’m not pregnant and she shockingly exclaimed, “You’re not pregnant?!” I said no, feeling humiliated in front of my friends and then she blamed my dress choice. It’s embarrassing enough to be asked but then to be argued with about it and she never apologized. Won’t be going back.

Delicious ice cream and superb service even going in close to closing time! Will definitely be back again! Can't wait to try the chocolates and caramel apple we got as well.

Kilwins ice cream, sorbet, and chocolate treats are excellent. Diane and crew are always so helpful and friendly. Great place to visit to treat yourself to something sweet!

Nice shoppe, very friendly staff, and prompt service. Ice cream was plentiful and good. Nothing extraordinary, but overall it satisfies the sweet tooth. Location is in a great area for walking , but parking can be a challenge.

Stopped in at Kilwins for an ice-cream cone. The ice-cream is fantastic. Best toasted coconut ice-cream I have ever had. The store is very nice. They have a lot of flavors of ice-cream, lots of fudge, and a large assortment of different types of chocolate confections. The staff are all efficient and helpful. So I got my toasted coconut ice-cream and went to the check out. My single scoop cone, mind you not a waffle cone, just a sugar cone, was $7.00! $7.00 for a single scoop, and I think they have down-sized the scoop!!!! This stuff is good, but $7.00 for a scoop????? Well no more Kilwins for me, I like ice-cream, but not at this price!

Fabulous and extraordinary flavours. My all time favourite in summer is “All American pie”, it’s limited edition I have to wait for every summer to come and eat this scrumptious ice cream. I love the waffle cone . Very yum yum yum ice creams. There are plenty of chocolates and candies.

Stopped by with the kids, and my parents and they were closed... sad day, but the owner saw us and let us in. Totally did not expect that but he was super nice. This place is awesome!!

The place is filled with ice-cream, chocolate bars, coffee beans, and variety of sweets. I'm not sweet tooth, so I find joy in sour-sweet flavors. I love the sea-salted chocolate caramel!

Wow. This place is fine chocolate and high quality taste for Indiana. I love that most of their things are made there by them! The have a large variety of sweets as well, ice cream, gummy bears, and even to chocolate coffee beans! So they have so much that fit the sweet lovers.
