The service tech was nice enough but the manager strikes me as a chauvinistic racist. The A/C problem still continues. I won't be returning. UPDATE... I called "the owner".. Waste of time. We paid this shop over $900.00 in good faith to repair our vehicle's A/C system. ... Apparently, "the owner" did not write, nor was he aware of Meineke Car Care Center responding to my review. The 'owner' dodged the issue of how my wife was treated. He talked more than he listened. We never got to address the problem with our vehicles A/C. I'm a stunned U.S. Army veteran.

Excellent service by Larry and the team at Meineke. My 2009 Ford Escape A/C was inoperable, blowing warm. Now it’s back to ice cold! I appreciate the communication, speed, and efficiency. Well done. Services: A/C installation & repair, Auto A/C recharge

I had an upgraded exhaust installed on my truck. These guys ran into the back of my truck with something, and damaged my back bumper. Of course they refuse to own up to damaging my truck. I have three witnesses that saw my truck right before I dropped it off there & right after I picked it up. DO NOT take your vehicle here. They are careless and will smack things into your vehicle, doing damage to it, and then try to act like nothing happened. Now I have to pay a body shop to repair the damage, on my brand new truck, plus pay for a lawyer to go after them to make them pay for the damage that they did. Service: Auto exhaust system replacement

I have now had two bad experiences with Meineke. The first was when I took it into have it inspected as my car was producing a lot of white smoke from the exhaust. They were too lazy to find the real problem and told me I needed a new engine that would cost thousands. I took it to a family shop and they fixed it for 50 dollars because the oil was simply too full. The second was getting an oil change, where they charged 30 dollars more than a family shop, and would not accept coupons because I didn't present them when I dropped my car off, rather than when I was going to pay, a policy of which was not listed anywhere on the coupons or visibly on the site. Meineke did a wonderful job with my vehicle. They ran the diagnostic and had my car fixed within a few hours. I felt like my concerns about my car were really being heard. They also explained what kind of maintenance I should be doing on my car from now on and explained the repairs in depth. This was the best experience I’ve had at a repair shop! Needed to get vehicles in for service called 12:45pm website said close at 4:00pm the lady on phone said I'm closing today 2pm? It's a corporate thing she stated as far as changing hours on website which are misleading to Veteran & Repeat customers. I wish the owner was there as a Veteran I'm sure he would of handled things better.

We had a catalytic converter cut and stolen off our vehicle. We are recommended to speak with Larry from here. He and other employees here were very helpful and kept us up to date concerning the repairs. What we paid did not waver from their estimate. Repair was done in a couple of days. I was able to set an appointment online, arrived at my appointment, dropped off vehicle, they did the assessment, approved the work to be done and it was finished within a couple hours. Mark was very nice and easy to work with. Will definitely go back for future repairs. Service: Auto brake repair
