Suit was hemmed but not tailored when received at wedding. During the photo shoot before the wedding both front buttons fell off and had to be sewn back on. When it was agreed that I would have it tailored locally and they would pay for it (I live several hours away), they afterwards only offered to cover half they tailoring cost because “that is what they charge”. Today the zipper on the pants broke. This is by far the most problematic suit I have owned and the lacking customer service service is what earned the one star.

Great quality! Great service! My husband went in to get a suit, the older gentleman just looked at his build and told them what size to get! They do alterations, and make sure everything fits to a T. Yes you might pay a little more but you get so much more in return! I highly recommend them!

Terrible for men’s department. Ordered 2 different sets of suspenders for our wedding, they were supposed to be heather grey, they gave us one very dark grey & one black. Both wrong, obviously we had to just use the dark grey. Also, very rude service. Don’t recommend if you need something specific and on time.

So nice to have an established genuine haberdashery in Michiana, the only one that I know of. Quality clothes with old fashioned courteous and knowledgeable staff.
